Incredible service all round
Incredible service all round. Driver arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup, assisted with baggage & picked out son up from school en route to T5. So nice not to be frazzled at check-in!

Excellent and punctual service on the occasion of our daughter's wedding. Only slight niggle was with return journey.took a very scenic route which whilst technically ok ( I was conversant with the route)took us down some very narrow country roads that were not really suitable for a v class Mercedes .queried it with our driver who was simply following what his Sat nav instructed.maybe invest in a better quality navigation system. You are correct, the route taken was scenic and a little narrow, chauffeur has reported that on this job report that day.
Our chauffeurs usually use live traffic (google maps or Waze) to plan the most efficient route options and avoiding traffic. But unfortunately, short routes sometimes are not the most comfortable, especially driving in the countryside.
On behalf of my chauffeur and I, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that might have been caused and we will certainly use your feedback to improve route planning options in the future.

First class experience
We used EG for the first time yesterday to take us to Wembley Stadium. Our driver was both delightful and very efficient at getting us in and out of a difficult venue.

From start to finish
From start to finish, a most excellent service. All the staff at EG Chauffers were helpfull and took their time to explain every detail of the services they could provide. On the evening my Wife had no idea of her planned evening, when the Bentley arrived at the front door she was completely and pleasantly surprised.
