The service was top notch. The driver arrived ahead of schedule and was professional in getting us to from and to Heathrow in good time. Highly recommended.

I arrange a Chauffeur with EG for my mums 60th birthday. They had nothing but praise for Jimmy the driver. He was professional and polite, I will defo be using EG again!

Arrived in LHR T3 and due to a mix up with my usual drivers I needed a chauffeur service to Chester.
Called up and luckily they had a car arriving at LHR and diverted him to me. Booking itself was fairly painless and done online. Very thankful they could arrange at zero notice.
Driver arrived 5 mins after- very professional and nice to talk to enroute to Chester. Good driver and professional throughout.
Given 5 stars based on level of service provided but have to say the price was over 3 times what I pay for a local Chester chauffeur service, £960 Heathrow to Chester. However is on par with other London service suppliers and I knew and agreed the price up front hence still happy to give 5 stars.

10/10 for Punctuality, Comfort, Politeness and all other aspects !

I first used EG Chauffeurs in 2016 for a special hire from London to Portsmouth and more recently have used them for a number of journeys around London for various members of my family and myself - including a trip from Knightsbridge to South East London today.

I have always found them to be unfailingly easy to do business with, the cars absolutely spotless and high quality, and the drivers friendly and extremely helpful. Today's experience was as a result of some bad luck on my part - my phone was stolen the previous evening and so I emailed EG Chauffeurs this morning to see if there was any way they could get my Mum and I back home. Despite it being a Sunday morning I got a prompt reply and sure enough they were able to assist. Our driver showed up exactly as planned and we were safely delivered back home shortly thereafter.

I am unhesitating in my 5 star recommendation of EG Chauffeurs.

It is the first time I used EG Chauffeurs services and I am impressed by their professionalism, reliability and punctuality. Great service, I recommend this company without hesitation.

Excellent service - so easy to book and the staff went out of their way to deal with specific unusual requests that I had. The chauffeur arrived promptly on the day and he was excellent. The vehicle was extremely comfortable. I was delighted with the service I received.
