After a misunderstanding about shipping costs. (I didn't realise the charge was per 25kg) eFix met me half way on the extra cost. Very fair and equitable.

Fantastic attitude towards the customer.
What a wonderful experience over the telephone with the customer service person named Harry.
Unfortunately i had issues with a product i ordered , it arrived today very quickly ,but i was not completely satisfied, so i sent a e mail, which was replied to extremely quickly with a telephone call, the matter was resolved and a re fund sorted, i was so impressed by the attitude of the company towards its customers, would definitely recommend dealing with this company again.

Couldn't ship at a sensible price
eFix cancelled order as they "couldn't ship the item at a sensible price"
As eFix decide on the shipping costs and locations that they will ship to, its unacceptable that orders are cancelled because they have made a mistake in their pricing of shiping costs.
After contacting eFix, they accepted that the cancellation was incorrect and I reordered at the same price and shipping cost. Items were shipped and delivered expeditiously without any issues.
Star rating changed from 1* to 4*
