As a professional electrician, eFix's weekly news podcast and Youtube channels have been really useful for me and I find the info included is accurate and just what I needed!
I've also benefited from their online training courses, videos on how to do things and reviewing tools (which having then bought can testify that they were worth it)
As someone who has difficulty like reading, the resources mentioned above are a great alternative to keeping up to date!

Amazing service - quoted half the price that Apple were charging me to replace the keyboard on my Macbook. In the process, they replaced another part free of charge that they noticed was damaged, and provided expert advice through the whole process. I was kept informed and delivery was quick to get my laptop back to me. I would 100% recommend these instead of going through Apple!

I ordered 4 times and I am pleased.

I have been looking for the Springbok Junior lawn rake, but struggled to find it on line, or when I did there were lots of hidden charges which were only evident when getting to the payment section. A search showed that eFix stocked what I was looking for. A quick call and a chat with Harry (I think) who confirmed the exact cost for delivery. I explained where I lived and was told they could put the item on a van as they had one travelling up to Yorkshire. The rake was purchased and arrived within the specified time frame. A lovely experience of shopping on line and speaking to someone who genuinely wanted to help. I know which company will be my first port of call going forward. Thank you eFix.

I was after an item that currently seems to be like gold dust... I had initially ordered this item with another reputed seller but it was never delivered and I was never told about it being put on back-order while I urgently needed it.

To be honest, I had never heard of eFix before but they had 2 in stock, the price was fine and they stated that the item would be delivered in 3 days.

I took what I thought was a gamble, ordered with them and also followed this up with an email, since I really needed the product for an urgent job.

In the end, it took less than 48 hours. Everything was packaged with care... And I will definitely be ordering again!

I've used E-Fix a couple of times now, delivery is always very fast. Their communication is excellent and they are extremely helpful and efficient. I had a small issue with payment but they were on it promptly and resolved my issue with no fuss. Excellent service :)
