The show is still strong, but I have been disappointed with the falling off of some of the buyers in recent years. The fact that it was too close to the time of the Nuremberg Fair was very disappointing, but I think this will be better in 2025. The responsiveness of the team is always excellent. The food at this location is much worse than Atlanta

The overall professionalism of the team and how the shows are managed, making sure appointments aren't missed. The prep as well in ensuring that the right buyers are meeting with the right manufacturers. We usually leave each show with 3 o 4 solid leads which end up becoming customers. The only glitch are the last minute cancellations which tend to be frustrating. Considering the manufacturers pick up the tab, retailers should be obliged to attend scheduled meetings especially when planned a few months in advance.

Much better value for money than a Trade Show. The Buyer profiles and appointments are hugely valuable and the meetings are well controlled on a timing basis by the ECRM team.

Buyers not always relevant to our category.
No follow up by buyers through ECRM application.
Almost no reactions on e-mail follow up after the program.
Only few meetings and of those two were cancelled during the event.
By the way on a positive note, great support by the ECRM team before the event and great Logistics during the event

I don't think ECRM give us the right person who want to purchase our products.

ECRM is a great resource for my brand. As a start up it was a little spendy, but we landed big accounts so in the end it was worth it! Walmart, Target, Five below and more. Thank you ECRM!

Overall good event. Always personnel around to assist. We like the 20 min mtgs.
The constant challenge for suppliers is securing meetings. Suppliers pay, retailers are free. There needs to be a way to have retailers commit to the 20 min mtgs in their respective categories. We need to show an ROI.
We are all there for the same reason - secure new distribution, expand current distribution, build new and existing relationships!

All aspects of the ECRM meeting were very well done. Pre-meeting communications, scheduling, onsite meeting management etc.
The only area for improvement is to not allow as many customers to schedule virtual meetings, especially a week after the event. It is very important that we meet in person if at all possible.

ECRM is the best bang for your buck!
As a retailer, we love and need the opportunity to meet high caliber buyers and ECRM made that happen!

Forgot how productive ECRM shows were, and so happy to have them back in person again. Given the format of this show, in person yields the best ROI.
The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring every vendor has the most beneficial experience catered to their assortments and desired channel focus.

No new customers of interest.
Not a great location. No direct flights. Not great hotel. Less of everything was given too - less food, less support. Was VERY disappointed and won't be returining
