Another great session at an ECRM event. Each session I've attended over the past 2 years has gotten progressively better. The measurement of success for me is gaining face time with a new Buyer. Even if that exchange is only for 10 minutes, its the first step in the journey to building a long lasting relationship and ultimately gaining availability at Retail for Bones Coffee products.

I’ve attended dozens of ECRM meetings over the years, and they’ve consistently proven to be invaluable for connecting with key account buyers. The format is efficient and productive, and the ECRM team is exceptionally supportive. These meetings have truly helped us grow our business.

We’ve attended 12 ECRM sessions and can total millions of $ in retail distribution directly from these meetings. This format almost forces you to prepare for specific buyers and you never know what idea will come from it. For instance, you may not be currently calling on club stores, but a meeting with Costco on your schedule forces you to source some packaging ideas and prepare costs, creating a whole new channel of sales for your team. We are in 57k+ stores and these sessions are critical for our continued growth for either new SKUs with current accounts or branching out to new channels.

I attended my first ECRM session in Chicago in the Spring of 2025. Everything was VERY well organized and thought out. The communication from our CSM was very helpful and quick. Our meetings were well matched and we got in front of some key buyers. If the airport-hotel shuttle was a little easier to figure out/find, ECRM would have knocked it out of the park and received a 5-star review. The note taking and follow up was also very beneficial but the tablets were slow at times and there were a few meetings I had to hand-write notes for due to the tablet not loading in time. Overall, a great experience.

Being able to come together with other businesses in search of new opportunities is truly a remarkable experience. Set against the stunning backdrop of Sawgrass, the atmosphere was perfect for networking. With everyone in such a positive and eager-to-connect mood, it was easy to strike up conversations and make new relationships. The layout of the entire event was thoughtfully designed, making it easy to navigate and engage with others, and the food provided was beyond expectation—what a relief to not have to worry about where to grab your next meal! You truly made this a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of us.
At the last ECRM event we attended, we walked away with an incredible deal for our shampoo line. We landed a major client that is now purchasing enormous quantities of product—one recent order alone was 99 pallets (144 gallons per pallet)! The connections ECRM facilitated were instrumental in making this partnership happen, and the value we gained from attending was absolutely worth every penny.
The ECRM staff went above and beyond, offering support with a genuine smile and a helpful attitude throughout the event. We even had the privilege of sitting down for dinner and an insightful interview with Joe Tarnowski, who shared valuable perspectives on both the event and the rich history of ECRM.
We’re already looking forward to the next show and the meaningful connections it will bring. Thank you again for creating such a top-notch experience!

My business partner and I attended our first ECRM conference last October in Henderson, Nevada and the event exceeded our expectations. The format was extremely well organized and the staff was friendly and professional. We were able to secure KeHE as a distributor for our organic, non-alcoholic mixer line which recently led to our new partnership with Total Wine & More. For a small company like This Girl Walks Into a Bar, we can't speak highly enough of Heather's support through the planning process, and of our entire ECRM experience. We will definitely be attending many more events in the future.
