ALL IN ALL A GOOD SERVICE
A few issues getting an appointment that was convenient to me but we got there and any queries by email were answered promptly.
Rob the Engineer arrived on time and was polite, efficient and explained what he needed to do, made no mess. I was pleased to get texts and emails telling me he was on his way and he rang to confirm. All in all, very good service!

The Ecovision engineer John Dewen arrived on time, was very polite and very knowledgeable. He talked me through what he was going to do and then took time explaining in more detail when the new meter was fitted. He checked the safety of the inverter in the loft space. I thought they were my provider after spending months trying to find out who owns the solarpanels they aren't but the lady I spoke to was very nice and understood my frustration. A breathe of fresh air compared to other companies I spoke to.

Customer service poor
Customer service poor. Engineer upgraded ststen and it developed a fault, we was accused of tampering with it. 2nd engineer, still the same. Finally sorted after threatening to rwmove panels. Now still waiting (since Aug) to have pigeon guards fitted!

Prompt service after phone call . Engineer explained clearly. The panels needed cleaning and bird proofing , awaiting call for it to be done and any other recommendations needed .
