Loved my experience with them. A great way to make money and have financial freedom

Going into this Mentorship I had the idea that it was another course where you can truly connect with a mentor and get the help needed. As I started working with My mentors I realized that it is nothing like I thought it was in the beginning. I’m glad that I took the time to learn along with others in the mentorship and being able to get instant advice and coaching.

Full BS. I came on board with ready website and a product. I’ve got someone stole my idea same day and launch it. No one said nothing. Was no real guidance beside Reese (he is cool). The rest is full fraud. Brandon aka CEO would never respond you. 1-on-1 call is you talking to Reese and sharing your screen and the rest of people watching everything you do (and doing same product after). Or you wait in the line like in Starbucks until “your turn”. I work full time and put aside time in the morning and evening to make this Ecom business. Couple times we scheduled a call at 9 am PST and only 11 am someone showed. “We treat it like a family” - don’t buy that sh*t. Long story short - if you are completely beginner in Ecom and don’t know how to use ai and YouTube - definitely pay $5000. Oh, another one: if you text in main chat that you are not satisfied (due to the bunch of reasons ☝️) they will just delete your message and pretend like nothing happened. And they Ecom tree aka growth plan - it’s a visualized version of the prompt from ai. Not everything has a video. Sometimes only plain text 2-3 sentences and some videos are from 2022-23. Not even close for the $5000 that you have to pay.
And in the beginning of “selling” free training video Brandon taking about “if you around Utah - come say hi, here’s our office”. But once someone really asked to come no one replied. Honestly, if I would be in Utah, I would whip his arss for this staff. Another one - no one EVER reply to your DM’s regardless: if it’s about the product, website or any kind of concern.
Bottom line: he might made it in Ecom but there is no even clue and structure how to coach, teach, and mentor people. All community looks like fake beside 5-7 people online (from 2200 in the community). Good people be aware: this times everyone is “guru”

I want to be fair in this review, but also honest enough to warn others about what they may experience.

I did eventually receive a full refund for my $10,000 investment, and I appreciate that it was completed. However, getting to that point was extremely difficult and required far more effort than any customer should ever have to put in.

Communication from Ecom Family was inconsistent and often unresponsive. My initial refund request was denied, the program was changed without my agreement, and my messages through email, text, and Discord went unanswered for long stretches of time. When I finally did receive responses, they were at times argumentative or dismissive.

To move the process forward, I had to send multiple certified letters and file complaints with both the Utah Department of Consumer Protection and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Even the financing company reported they were still waiting on confirmation from Ecom Family, creating a back-and-forth that kept me stuck in the middle.

Eventually, after pressure from outside agencies, the refund was approved and issued. For that, I am grateful. But the level of escalation it required raises serious concerns about how customer issues are handled.

My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: proceed with caution. If everything goes smoothly, you may not have a problem. But if you ever need support, a refund, or clarification, be prepared to document everything and advocate strongly for yourself.

This is not written out of anger—only out of a desire to help others avoid the stress I went through.

Ecom family is great! They were there for me every step of the way, every question I had they gave me an answer to. Building the felt like it was going to be overwhelming at first but they really made it simple. I got it up and running making sales so quickly. I’ve tried programs like this before and they never worked everything was old or just a course but they are there for me every step of the way and I FINALLY have a solid dropshipping store that’s making money!!

Ecom Family has delivered across the board. I have tried other programs and courses over the past several years but I didn’t need another course, I needed a roadmap with one on one guidance - and Brandon and his team have been there every step of the way. There are set meetings scheduled daily that help a ton, but what has really been a game changer for me is the open meetings where I can hop on their server at pretty much any time during the work day to get what is essentially one on one feedback, with screen sharing, etc. The team helps keep me accountable as well which is always a big factor in success, and their encouragement and support through the steps has been hugely motivating to keep pushing forward. If you’re truly serious about getting going I highly recommend Brandon and his team at Ecom Family - they are not cut from the same mould as the others.

I’ve never been in a mentorship where the team actually cares this much. The steps are laid out clearly, the coaches are super supportive, and the community is full of people who want to win together. I feel guided, encouraged, and actually capable of building this. 10/10 so far 🙌

This is an amazing team and program! It’s just what I needed. I’ve done a lot of trainings but I still have a lot of hesitation and I lack confidence. So this is a step by step process and they help with every step and essentially you work together !! I’ve had all positive interactions. And even tho I’m fairly “new”, I look forward to what is next and thr community they have built!!

I just joined and the experience has been great so far. Coach was quick to respond and made me feel supported right from the start. The step-by-step guidance is clear and easy to follow, which makes the whole process a lot less overwhelming. Excited to keep learning and putting this into action.

So far so good. I started maybe like 1-2 weeks ago and already seeing progress and feeling good!

Ecomfamily is awesome! They are very helpful with any question I have and are there to support me through this process and it has been great so far.
