Brilliant put my mind at rest

If I could give 0 stars I would. Posted a review saying how bad this company customer service was. Got a reply asking to contact direct which I did and that was 2 weeks ago giving them till today to respond. Guess what no reply to my formal complaint
Will now be going to the ombudsman.

I wanted to take a moment to highly commend Sandhya Nowbuth for the exceptional customer service today. She ensured all my questions were answered and met with the upmost professionalism.
She is incredibly knowledgable,patient and attentive. What stood out the most was her warm and emapthetic approach. She listened,put me at ease and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. It is rare these days to encounter someone who is so dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

I have spoken to Nancy Mangongera today regarding some of my queries regarding the modifications and she was very helpful and polite and has explained to me the things that I need to do with regards to the modifications being asked by the creditors. Thank you Nancy for your help today. You put my worries at ease after talking to you.

Spoken to Ishitah today, regarding the fact I hadn't recived any paperwork for my account. Ishitah was very pleasant and quickly assured me she would send my paperwork through to my email straight away which she did. She also checked if I had any other questions while I was on the line.
