Love the dress- surpassed my expectations.
Lack of delivery information after the shipping notification?

Waited 5 weeks for my order.
Items bought re poor quality and cheap materials.
Customer service don't get back to emails so can't send the. back like the site states.
Avoid at all costs!

It took quite a long time to arrive, but very happy with the products.

I love the dresses-would give them 5 stars but only 4 for delivery as that took longer than I thought. If you are ordering for a special occasion, allow plenty of time.

The timing for deliveries to arrive was too long. My holiday was over and done with.

Lovely material but didn't fit properly. Doesn't fit the bigger busted woman despite the website sizing .
I asked for a return 5 days ago and have not had a response at all..
I paid £65 for these dresses .. It may not seem alot to some but for me it's a fortune. They were for a special occasion. Vey disappointed with service and response.. or should I say lack of!
I have been offered a $15 compensation as they would not accept a return ....

Very easy to order. I read reviews and was a little worried about if I would get my order and the quality of it. It took about 2 weeks to get, I love it. Great fit and quality. Would order again

The dresses were not as discribed. The one dress the dress material felt like parachute material. Ugh!!! For being a midi length they both were dragging on the ground (I’m 5’7”). MIDI length should be between knee and ankle. I will not purchase anything through your company! When I contacted the company for a return/refund I was told to keep the dresses and they would refund me $16. I spent $86 originally. Not acceptable!

2 of the three dresses fit perfectly. The 3rd not even close Nice quality fabrics.

Wow! So happy! Dress I ordered arrived quicker than expected considering it was coming from abroad and was better than I had hoped. I was nervous buying from a website not based in the UK and was prepared to be disappointed having been let down before, but not this time! The dress was exactly as it looked in the photos, well made, beautiful material and definitely looked more expensive than it was. I ordered a large, despite being a UK size 10, as I’d read that the sizes were on the small size. I wouldn’t agree. I would say their sizes were correct. My dress is a little big and I’ll do a few nips and tucks to make it fit perfectly, but that’s my issue, not theirs, I ordered a size too big. Over all, really impressed and very pleased. Beautiful dress, great communication at each stage of order/delivery and a brilliant price! Have now ordered another dress from them and recommended to friends who are loving what they’re seeing and have said they’ll be ordering too!

This dress was perfect. I wore it to my daughter's sorority banquet. It was perfect. It compliments your shape and looks great. My daughter loved it so much, she is taking it with her on her study abroad triop.

I ordered two dresses. One absolutely fine, quality of dress material was good but the second did not fit, too small, so I asked for the returns information. That's 2 weeks ago. After numerous emails backwards and forwards, Ebaney have now asked if I'd accept €14 as some compensation for a £47.99 dress !!! Shame I'm having a nightmare returning because I would've used them again but definitely not now

I have not received my order yet but BEWARE Canadian purchasers. They list the price the whole way through in CAD funds.....then cash you out in US currency without telling you anywhere on the summary the price you are seeing is actually US. I felt so tricked, even if I love the products I will never buy from them again.
*Update* Received all 3 dresses, even though I sized up none of them fit. I used the fitting guide they provided and ordered accordingly! Hopefully I get a refund....I will update my review when I try to return!

Got my dress that with shipping costs $50. It's pure junk. Crappy cheap CHEAP material & runs Chinese sizes. Wayyyyy too small. I wouldn't buy this at Dollar General. Do not give these people your money!
