Took a little long to arrive, but not terrible. Dresses are very pretty.

The orange dress did not look or fit like advertised. The others I ordered were perfect.

The items that I ordered are cute, fashionable, soft materials and for me pretty incredible! The shimmering tank top is really cute. I can wear it with pants, jeans, 3/4 length etc. The only complaint would be that the sequins were coming off while trying it on. I wouldn't want to wear it to dinner, then look down & see my top, shedding on the table. I probably will order from this company again. Their sizing is right on.

Wish I would have taken the time to read more reviews. The worst customer service I could imagine. They know they have issues with "true to size" listings and yet 25% of their customers reviewed that this is not the case. I have ordered from many sites and always the same size. The dress that I ordered was way to small around my shoulders and arms and I asked for return. They wanted pictures of the dress " not fitting me" are you serious???? DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 dresses, qualified for FREE shipping. Took my money. USPS returned to sender for incorrect address & want to process a return for the product minus 14.99 in SHIPPING. Went back to customer service to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue. They just keep repeating that I need to PAY 14.99 to ship them back OR DEDUCT IT from the price I paid for the product.
NEVER AGAIN!! And I will not support this company or recommend them!!

I purchased 5 dresses and one blouse. I received my order in 2 wks which is not bad considering the origin. The fabric is very comfortable and light weight and the quality of workmanship is good, unfortunately 4 dresses didn't fit right because I have wide shoulders and hips, so a couple of them looked like maternity dresses on me. The return/exchange procedure is a little daunting, the seller wanted me to send pictures of the dresses I'm returning. I hope to get a refund, I'm waiting on their response

I ordered 3 dresses (XXL) and they were perfect. Exactly as described. I will order again. Communication was great and delivered as promised.

First of all, I knew I was taking a chance in ordering 2 dresses. I had a wedding to attend and needed a dress. I received my 2 dresses in about 3 weeks. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! Now, the material is thinner (as I expected from other reviews), but I just bought a slip to wear just in case. For reference, I am 5' 7" and 135lbs I ordered medium for both dresses. Just an FYI if you are larger than a 36B, size up!

DO NOT BUY IF IN THE UK I bought 3 dresses, and they sent me a completely different dress from what I ordered. (It’s so bad what they sent I can’t even give it away!) They keep offering $15 as a refund which isn’t what I paid for and won’t exchange the wrong item for the correct one. Customer services is just a standard template response which doesn’t match the query. Don’t trust the website, not a reputable seller. Oh, by the way, the other two dresses - 1 fit, 1 didn’t (exactly the same size) so I gave the other one away as not worth the hassle. So basically I’ve paid a lot of money for 1 average dress. BEWARE!!!!

I just received the pretty little dress I saw online. I was SO disappointed. Looks NOTHING like what was advertised. The material feels like paper or something cheap flags are made of. I should have known better or did more research on this place. I am 5'2 and 125 lbs and ordered a medium. The neck is nothing like pictured. My hard earned money wasted.

I'm glad with my dresses, although one dress needed to be in a size medium while another one needed to be a size XL, but in general I managed to fix it myself with the average knowledge in tailoring. I liked the lightweight fabric specifically for summer weather.

I love my dresses. The fit is perfect and the material is so soft.

I bought 2 dresses from Ebaney and spent $87. They had me believe they were based in the USA and I'm in the UK. £67 came out of my account and I bought the size according to their sizing guide. I did track the dresses and found they were coming from China. 3 weeks later I received the 2 dresses. What a disappointment!! I started a dispute straight away but received no reply. Eventually an email came asking how pleased I was with my purchases so I advised I wasn't and needed to return as the dresses were indecent. I have been offered $12, $24, $30 and finally $41 in compensation but can keep the dresses. I have mentioned that I'm prepared to pay the postage to return the items as they will never be worn as they are designed for eastern and NOT western bigger busted figures. I was given an address in Dubai which is a 6 lane motorway and also an address in New York which is a return warehouse for Fed Ex. I have since opened a dispute with my bank and received a refund from them whilst they investigate. Ebaney have a refund policy but will not refund you. BEWARE

Ordered beginning of April didn't receive my order for 6 weeks. The dresses came but were too small so I have asked for a refund. When ordering it did say free returns this does not happen my total order was $185 they have offered me $35 dollars compensation to keep the order that does not fit me. Buyers beware of this site I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a dress from ebaney and it was too small. I was told to return the dress to a Dubai address and was not given prepaid postage by ebaney. I explained to ebaney that the postage was triple the amount if the dress that i purchased and they still expect me to return the dress on my expence to the Dubai address with my own money..... I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A RETAILER LIKE THIS... HOPE YOU ENJOY THE MONEY YOU STOLE FROM ME. I will.never purchase from you and I will make sure everyone I know does not purchase from this website/retailer....
