About to pay off the loan. The autopayment was more than what my current balance today is, wanted to pay off today and cancel the autopayment. Talked to Diana today at the company and apparently this was rocket science and the representative was going around in circles with me. INSISTED that I pay over the phone, even though I didn't want to, then told me she cancelled the autopayment, which was not true (probably something to say to shut me up). I tried to cancel the autopayment online and I kept getting error messages. Who knows if my payment will go through and I will probably get double charged! I'd hate to actually talk to someone again on the phone. AVOID predatory loans like this at all costs. I made a dumb mistake and was vulnerable and they take advantage of it. They will get what is coming to them, I know it. Enjoy my money you sharks!

I would give a negative star if i could. I was in need of 4 new tires. the tire company i went to recommended EasyPay as an option for me to finance them as $848.11 was a lot to pay for me as a single parent of 2.
I signed up for this back in Feb 2023. I had no idea it was at 199% interest. I just called them last month to see how many payments I had left as I knew I was close to being done... To my surprise I was told I had until Feb next year and that to date I had paid $753.24 but I still owed over $1200. I was shocked so I asked to speak to a manager. He proceeded to tell me it is in plain site of all the terms. I told him I do NOT recall seeing 199% interest. He said it was on page 3 of the contract I signed. I requested a copy of that to be sent and still have not received it. I even asked the manager how could this even be legal? He had a smart comment to make and then when asked if he would be happy if his wife or daughter would have used them and his response was "they would have read the fine print".. !! Wow! I believe what they are doing is called loansharking (and is that not illegal)? I will be pursing further. There are better options out there for sure.. Stay away - BEWARE!!

this not my first time using easy pay finance, to fix my 2014 Hyundai. I choose the company that work with easy pay. so far it's been great. I get the work done, sign all paper from my phone. it's a breeze. if I have a problem I just call them. customer service, never a long wait time, they answer my question. I get my approval right to my phone. and smooth sailing from there. go the mechanic and they do the rest. Boom done happy camper. easy pay finance two thumbs up. thank you.

Interest rates are way to high, they have been taking the money out of my account every 2 weeks, and my payoff amount is the same as the amount i started with. Don't do it.

The interest is absolutely awful, and in several states it's illegal. But they still offer their predatory loans in states where predatory lending is illegal by using a bank called TAB Bank, which is appearently a loophole that allows them to charge exorbitant interest even in states where it's rightfully considered a crime. Charging over 150% in interest is insane. Especially when they use auto repairs and tire shops as bait, something that people depend on to be able to make it to work to pay their bills and support their families.

The lady on the phone that handled my application said it was 119 per month, so you can imagine my surprise when I saw 119 coming out every 2 weeks, and after digging through the multiple confirmation emails that they send upon approval, I found buried in one of the emails, in small print, where it said that the payments were bi-weekly. So I have no legal ground to stand on. $119 times 12 months is $1,428. That's $1,428 I wasn't factoring into my decision to use their "loan service". And now I'm stuck making outrageous, financially crippling payments. Nearly 8 months in, and my payoff amount is still more than 70% of just the cost of the product I purchased. They made sure to get all of their interest up front to ensure the cost of paying off early is too high, right up until the very end of the loan. A person's financial survival should not depend on reading the fine print. A company should not be able to charge 150% interest, literally thousands of dollars over the price of the product I purchased, and simply shrug saying I should have dug deeper into their misleading and intentionally obscured email disclaimers. That is why predatory lending is illegal. Yet, these evil people find loopholes so they can continue robbing from those who have the least to spare.

These people are truly evil. Actual psychopaths without any capability of empathy or remorse for their preying on people through deceitful tactics and outright lies. The fact that National Tire and Battery recommended Easypay to me so that I could purchase name brand tires over the tires I had picked out, which were in my budget, is sickening. These people should be imprisoned for the financial hardships they inflict on their victims. Everyone from the psychopaths running the company, right down the customer service reps that sit there in front of their computer while watching thousands of accounts come across their screen, thousands of people being robbed, and pretending not to notice while they collect their paycheck.

Easypay finance, and every company like them should be made illegal in all 50 states, and the loopholes they use to get around regulations should be closed. The amount of suffering caused by a single company like this is truly staggering.

No matter how badly you need what you're considering financing with Easypay Finance, it is not worth the cost. The real cost. No matter what they tell you up front, you will regret it in the end.

I just saw Easy Pay Finance responded to my review. So I emailed them saying I saw they asked that I contact them. And this was their response:

"Thank you for your email.
I understand your frustration & apologize you feel this way about EasyPay Finance. The terms of the contract were presented upfront prior to signing and we can not waive the interest on the account. You have an estimated 4 payments left on your account."

Clearly they didn't read my review. First of all, I didn't ask them to waive the interest. I was stating that it's grotesque that they charge over 150% interest. It's predatory lending by sick individuals who are happy to prey on people with little money to spare. Second, no, I was not presented with the terms up front. The person I spoke to on the phone said it was a monthly payment. Yes, one out of the many confirmation emails that were sent did say it's biweekly, at the very bottom of the email. So, are they technically, or at least legally, correct? Yes. It's still predatory. It's still vile. It's still evil.

Please, if you're reading this considering a predatory loan from Easy Pay Finance, please, please find another way. When you're out of options this may seem like a lifeline, but it will cause you far more difficulty than your current situation.

Not happy with the experience. The approve you with the agreement of 24 payments over the course of one year. I chose to pay once a month. They charged me 150% interest on a 1-year loan on my car repairs. My account balance keeps increasing. I did report them to the BBB. I'm only paying those 12 payments of the combined amount. After that, I am done. They are reporting on my credit report that I am late 60 days. How about being honest and not charging 150% interest rates.

We made 6 payments and also had it down to 800 dollars and then went back up to 1700 dollars.So basically started over again. This really pisses me off. Once the loan is pay off I’m never going to use them again.

Very trustworthy and professional. I am applying for my third loan due to the breakdown of my car. It feels great to know you can get help when standing in front of the mechanic with a puzzled look on your face. No interest for 3 months. Thank you Easy Pay.

My representative Carlos is Truly A Menu Of Kindness . Karlos Did a Spectacular, Magnificent job helping me understand my contract with Midas, Karlos is patient, and took time to help me understand the calculations and reasons for my balance. He even took the time to inform me about my eligibility for another loan which I sincerely I appreciate . Because of Carlos I have a better understanding of my financial contract , how soon I can pay it off, and how the interest rate works. I mostly have excellent experience when i need up. but some times. some workers act like they are rushing you to get off the phone.

Something don’t seem right I’ve made 3 payments and 2 out of 3 payments were returned. All 3 banks don’t see the payment being pulled through. Customer service don’t tell me why. Something is fishy!

I am so disappointed I don't know what to do!! I've been crying because ever since I used this company my credit has taken a major hit!!! It all started with one trip to Meineke for an oil change! I should have really gone and done business somewhere else with honest people! I am a single mom and really thought I was being helped and not taken advantage of! I'm back at square one. The 164% interest rate is off the chain! & I believe there may be more hidden fees as well! I just recently made a payment and it doesn't really seem like my balance is budging. I will never use this company again for sure!

The transaction was very quick. I like the fact that they gave me a month before the first payment was due. I would recommend this company.

Alberto worked with me to catch up on payments to make the 90-day cutoff, and was amazing every step of the way.
The interest rates are insane so I don't recommend planning on using it for anything you can't pay in 90 days to avoid the interest.
But the customer service is very communicative and helpful.

EasyPay Finance is a very pleasant company to work with. They have great customer service, are very professional and cares about their clients.
I gave them 4 Stars instead of 5, because their interest rates can be quite high, as high as 199%, if you have a low credit score. However I recommend them, because of they will work with you to get the best payment schedule on the loan.

Fast and quick decision. Application process easy.
