Terrible Service, Totally a Scam Do Not recommended to get a loan with this company have called twice to do a payment they have charged my card twice without my consent when only had to pay $818.34 to end my payment,I’ve asked them to send me recipes by email all they say it takes 10 business day… and to contact my bank when the transaction was made using my debit card over the phone with them, they authorize double charge in my card I know it’s not an accident because not the first time they do it I have been on track with my payment honestly would not recommend to get a loan with this company.

Please do not get a loan from here! Their interest rate is extremely high. I made the mistake of not looking over my contract and just going through with it because I needed the funds for my car. My interest rate after 90 days is literally 148.99%. If that doesn’t scream SCAM then I don’t know what to say! I reached out to customer service if they could go into depth about why the interest rate is so high when my credit score is above 650!!!! Their response was, “we do not offer refinancing or settlements, to save money on interest make larger additional payments. THEY ARE LITERALLY JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY WHILE YOU ARE IN DISTRESS. I only took out a $2800 loan and if I don’t pay this off in full quickly, I’ll be spending nearly $9500 in total. Awful awful awful. If I could rate it 0 stars I would!!!

Scam!!!! They approved me and then didn’t send me anymore information. I got approved for $2400!! I called in to ask how do I pay for this in store and they tell me they have to review my ID. They then call me back to say I was denied!! I have the confirmation that I have been approved for up to $2400 I pray this does not show on my credit because they approved me then illegally took it back! with no explanation?!

I understand that its hard to get loans and a risky process, but please do not get these loans they take advantage of you!! Along with their super high interest, they charge you 25$ for insufficient funds even though the payments are declined on their end. I finally paid my amount in total and they refused it and tried charging me 50$ more for the loan. The payment was never even processed because I turned off auto-pay supposedly. Do not take any loans from here they charge you so many random things hoping you won't notice and return your payments just to get 100$ more from you.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, interest at an astronomical rate is compounded DAILY such that each regularly scheduled payment ends up being about 95% interest. I saved enough money to pay off the $2052.57 balance in full over the course of 25 days, the final payments being $1,000 on 8/8 and the last couple days accrued interest of $24.24 on 8/10/23. Balance was zero for 3 full months, until EasyPay RANDOMLY charged my account back for $1,000 and $24.24 THREE FULL MONTHS LATER and then contacts me telling me my account is delinquent. My bank does not know anything about this! There has been no return of funds to the credit card originally used to pay off this balance and no dispute of those original payment transactions that could have resulted in my bank pulling back these payments. There is NO instigas to three months later these payments being removed from my completely paid off EasyPay account! This is mis-management and fraud as far as I'm concerned.

178% interest!! 178% interest!! Loan sharks charge less

SCAM. 109% APR from day 1, if account not paid in full during 90 day grace period. Have been making monthly payments of $125.00, for 10 months now. A little over $200 has gone to principal. Over $1,000.00 from payments have gone toward interest! After 10 months of paying down the debt, I still owe more than $2360.00 on a $2560.00 loan. These guys make loan sharks tremble & mob bosses blush... CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, anyone?? Contact me. bodhibanjo @ ya hoo

Easy Pay is definitely a shady company, I made a payment to pay off my balance on a Friday but payment didn't go thru on there end until Monday. It showed pending the whole weekend, but yet, the interest grew Saturday and Sunday with no problem... if that's not shady I don't know what is. If my payment can't go thru, then no interest should be able to accrue as well. Definitely don't trust this company.

Dont get a loan with this predators!! This is a scam! I told them to do auto payments for an amounts and they change it to 12 months and different amount! There interest rate are crazy!! I just file a BBB against these predators! I will file a lawsuit against them also!! Dont get loans with these scammers!! There is a bunch of lawsuits against them!

I had the pleasure of speaking to a very compassionate gentleman named Alberto. He was very informative and gave me even more information than I was aware of regarding my contract. I really appreciate his patience and kindness.

The charges of $ 40 for no reason. it is unacceptable. the representative was not helpful at all and wouldn't waive the $ 40 that I wasn't aware of.
