Website wrong / misleading about products
We ordered irrigation systems from this company which were clearly indicated as garden systems online. When the item arrived, it turned out to be for balcony. We emailed Easy Garden to return the item as it is not suitable for our purpose, and while they agreed to the return we had to pay the return postage. The company should pay return postage given it was their misinformation on their website.

I have no issues with the item I…
I have no issues with the item I purchased, I've got 2 of these hosepipe reels and 30m hosepipe. The experience when trying to find out where the order is was a nightmare. It came 1 week later than I was told, They had to put the order through again, which made it so long to wait. The customer service representative told me that he will get it dispatched the day I spoke with him via next day delivery, no sign of the package arrival.

This is a good product, gives even spread of irrigation. We were replacing an old soaker hose which had become bunged up and it was surprising how much more water this one gives. We had one negative and that was a section of the one hose had arrived with a kink in it but as we were covering 40 metres we had bought enough to cut that section out and join it.
