I was very satisfied with using easy flowers, I wanted to send flowers to my friend in Australia, I was unsure about sending online with a company I didn't know but they were great, easy to use, good quality flowers delivered on time. I was notified when they had been delivered. Very relieved and very happy and would use again.

I'd spent about 4 hours online, trying to order my lovely sister in Australia some flowers for her 40th Birthday. I just went round in circles, my captcha answers wouldn't get accepted, my credit card payments kept being declined (thanks bank!) and local stores were still shut for Christmas.
Just as I was about to give in, I found easyflowers. I wish I'd found them first, because I was done in minutes! I ordered a beautiful arrangement to be delivered on her birthday and felt very relieved!
Now they also had a special offer on, whereby you could save $38 by subscribing to their newsletter. I thought great, I can get her an even nicer bunch that way, clicked on the deal and got them sorted. And after I'd paid, I realised it had gone through at full price.
I messaged to ask if the $38 could possibly be refunded, they replied within 24 hours saying yes, they would process that for me. Really great service and much appreciated. The flowers arrived on time, in beautiful condition and looking exactly like the picture. Can't recommend highly enough and will be my first point of call when we next send flowers. Thanks for making it so easy, easyflowers!

I was ordering on-line from New Zealand and the process was quick and easy. The flowers were delivered on the correct date and the recipient sent me a photo - they were lovely. I was advised some flowers might be substituted as the originals might not be in season and I was impressed by the good communication. All in all I am very happy to recommend EASYFLOWERS.

Easyflowers? Far from it. Deliveries Australia wide? Wrong again. I typed in the area I wanted my flower order delivered to, went through the checkout process and then after paying received an email saying that they didn't deliver to that particular area. They sent a discount voucher and invited me to reorder via a selected "Outback" collection which I did. This morning I receive a call from them asking me to provide a copy of my drivers license for "further id verification". I told them I've never been asked to do this before for a simple flower delivery and all of the usual information I provided in the checkout, the three digit security code on the back of my card as well as the bank name should be sufficient. Just a complete waste of time and completelty unnecessary. I won't be using them again for sure

I was absolutely devastated when I saw a picture of the flowers that had been ordered through EasyFlowers. As my friend said 'it looked as though someone had raided a garden'. The flowers cost $148.00 which was supposed to be an upsized arrangement of flowers with the delivery and card included, it came to a total of $172.00. I really thought that the flowers would be something special. The flowers were completely underwhelming. EasyFlowers are really good at promoting all of the jargon on their website including their five principals and supposedly offering 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not stand by what they promote. When I contacted them to offer feed back I was told that I basically got the flowers that I paid for and as a gesture of goodwill, they would offer me a partial refund which really only covered the delivery and card. My bouquet was supposed to have another 50% more flowers. I would never use this company again.

We where away on holidays and could not be with both our mother's, so to be able to organize the flowers for both our mothers was wonderful. We had them both derived the day before, so they had a beautiful flowers to look at on mother's day morning.
