Badly named company!!!! Easy fowers took my order then called me said they dont deliver to this area and offered me to order a hamper which i did only to be told i cant order that hamper to be delivered to this area!!!! So got a refund hardest order of flowers ive done EVER!! should be renamed IMPOSSIBLE FLOWERS

I have been using Easyflowers for years and the quality of the flowers has always been exceptional. They are delivered on time, they are never poor quality, and they provide continuing high standards of service. The range of bouquets is vast, the extra options are also good.

I recently placed an order for the flower set titled Clara, with the specific request that the order be canceled if the arrangement could not be fulfilled as shown. I also followed up with a phone call to confirm that orange flowers, as depicted on the website, were essential for my order.
While the delivery arrived on time and in good condition, I was disappointed to find that the arrangement did not include any orange flowers. Instead, it featured yellow and dull brown tones, which do not reflect what was advertised. This discrepancy is particularly disappointing given the extra steps I took to ensure accuracy.

I am extremely disappointed with the flowers that were received. They were not what I ordered. I attempted to contact the company via their website but there is no number and a small box to send an order number and email address and I was not contacted. All emails received are no reply. I would not order from them again.

Do not use this company, did not deliver flowers charged over $150 and nothing. Tried to contact them to tell them they haven't been delivered via their website and just goes back saying they have been delivered. Communication/complaint procedure is woeful. Supposed to have been for a celebration, no flowers no money ..... DO NOT USE!
Edit - flowers turn up 24 hours later. Why pay for same day delivery if they can't be bothered doing that

I always use EasyFlowers for flower deliveries as I know they will always deliver a quality product.

I live in Sydney and I organised flowers to be sent to my mum in Tasmania. I asked for the upsized bunch, chocolates, a premium card, the cost came to $185. Was not worth the money. The upsize was an average sized box with a few extra flowers, I paid an extra $48 for a few flowers added, the chocolates were the tiny lindt packet you can get from woolies for $7 but I was charged $19 and the card which wasn't even a normal sized card cost $3.95. Will never buy again.

I have used Easy Flowers several times & have always had a positive experience dealing with this company. The flower arrangements are beautiful & reasonably priced & customer service is excellent. Highly recommend Easy Flowers

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter in Australia, who was moving house. The entire process was easy, and the flowers were delivered on the date and time I requested, all from my home in Scotland. I will definitely use this florist again.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 15th to my sick mother as a late Valentines Day Suprise. I received a text to say they would be late due to courier issues and the flowers would not be delivered until the 17th. I was supposed to receive a refund on some of the delivery once I agreed and have not received this. When the flowers were eventually delivered, they were just thrown against the front door and looked like they had been arranged on the 15th and left without water until the 17th. The flowers were basically dead and have not even lasted one day!! I have tried to reach out to EasyFlowers and am still waiting for a response.

Nice flowers - but beware of the sizes as the images on their site DO NOT represent what is being ordered and the upsize options results in a few handpicked flowers being added to the bunch. Would NOT order from this site again as the order is small - i will head back to RosesOnly.com for my orders where the delivery cost is half the amount.

Ordered in advance for Valentine’s Day. Paid $180. First they message saying they need to substitute one thing. So that’s fine. But then nothing gets delivered at all.. it’s now 15th feb and all they do is apologise and say they cannot get in contact with courier so they just sending me a full refund and a $50 voucher that I won’t be able to use anyways due to the probability that whatever I order won’t be delivered

The Flowers I ordered did not arrive and there is no contact or customer service for them so nothing I could do. I will not use this service again.

Was easy to order online. Flowers were absolutely beautiful. Would recommend EasyFlowers to anyone!

Twice in about a month my flowers couldn't be delivered on the day. Why offer the service or adertise if you can't deliver.

First time I was offered $50 voucher. That's useless because if you just log on, you automatically get offered 40% off. There is no discount if you use a voucher.

Second time, I was refunded $5. That had no value as it was the ssme price as getting next day delivery.

If you can't deliver what you claim, go away so we can use a decent florist.

Thieves and scammers. Refused to deliver my order, didn’t tell me until AFTER the delivery day, then sent me a message on their platform (instead of just emailing like any other company on the planet. Then didn’t reply for a whole day and then didn’t send them the following day either THEN when I messaged again (2 days after the event the flowers were for) told me they wanted to see my ID as the sender. I live on the other side of the planet and my mother (who shares the same surname and everything) offered to show hers and they said not good enough. I’ve since continually asked for a refund since this day and never even received a reply. Do not use this company. If their unprofessional, 2000s looking website wasn’t enough of a clue. They have no customer service skills whatsoever either. Disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
