Easy Access Self Storage Bewertungen

We have been a customer based at Bredbury for 6 years. A great location providing easy access to all our customers in the North West. Positive, friendly service from all the EASS team, always happy to go the extra mile to help out with our small business challenges. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Sam was very helpful and approachable and helped me secure the space I wanted and needed, didn’t try to fob a massive unit off, gave a great breakdown and what the costs were so nothing was a surprise cracking service.

Really happy with the service from easy access and the friendly staff. Resolved an issue of suddenly needing a bigger unit without any problems. Highly recommend.

The team at this storage company were very helpful and accommodating our requirements. We like the fact we can drive right up to our storage unit, something other storage companies could not offer, so one of the main reasons we came here.

I needed storage at short notice and the team were great very helpful and the move went very smoothly. I can't thank them enough.

I can’t recommend more Trafford easy access branch. The service I received was above and beyond from just storage rental. JUST PERFECT!!!

Very good set up and helpful staff. They made the process very smooth as we needed the facilities for two house moves. Would recommend

I booked my two units a few months ago.. My experience ot the service and helpful staff at Trafford Park sites was spot on... Kept me informed about my hire of the units every step of the way.. Would highly recommend these guys.. Mr r......

My experience with Easy Access Storage started a great one; the units are easily accessible, secure and the initial staff couldn’t of been more helpful.

However, the customer service and administration is appalling. Weeks have gone by with endless emails which are ignored, plus several telephone calls and a personal visit to the site to get refunded my deposit funds (which I might add has only been partially refunded as they “miss-calculated” the charges of rental)

Having got no where with getting the miss calculation refunded, I am now still chasing a late payment fee which shouldn’t of been applied and I have been told several times this has been processed. I am yet to receive this refund almost 2 months after moving out of the storage unit.

If you’re happy to chase and chase for months on end for money you are owed, then use Easy Access Storage, otherwise, I’d use somewhere else.

Excellent service, we have been renting from Steve and the team for a number of years and continue to receive a top class service.
Highly recommend Easy access for any storage requirements you have.

Perfectly suited my requirements for storage of a kitchen whilst building work undertaken at our home. Very helpful courteous staff at the Trafford Office which we used. Overall a very satisfactory customer experience

Great customer service, 100% recommend. Very professional and staff always willing to help.

Great clean and organised facility plus very warm and welcoming staff always more than happy to assist and answer any questions would highly recommend 😊

Easy access Bredbury what a great storage space. Being based in the office, the place is very clean & tidy. The reception staff are extremely helpful, going above and beyond but also making sure you feel very welcome.
I can’t recommend them enough, it’s a great place to have my gym studio safe and secure.

Keeping the process simple and transparent.

What a great team. Explained everything perfectly and made a stressful house move that little bit easier and one less thing for me to worry about. Would definitely recommend.

A huge ‘Thank you’ as the service, understanding, patience and flexibility l received from the staff at the easy access storage unit at Bredbury was excellent. I’ve changed my leaving date several times without a problem literally at the last minute without a hiccup or complaint from members of staff. It is rare for me to write a review. I’m sure you’ll have many more happy customers.
