Poor customer service
I placed an order 14th December which only arrived Monday 13th January. I contacted the company at least 6 times with nothing other than an automated response stating the would aim to get back to me within 48 hours. I’m still waiting. Really poor customer service . I appreciate December is a busy month however I hours have been informed that there was a likelihood of my order not being dispatched until January. I do not like leaving a negative review especially about a small business. In fact this is my first one and I am only doing so in the hope that someone from the company will actually reply to me. Was really disappointed.

Tube light arrived, protectively wrapped, on time and in good condition.
Order never fulfilled
I placed an order, got a dispatch soon mail in reply. 2 weeks later nothing - so I sent an email - getting a we will respond in 48 hours response. 2 weeks after that still no response.
Good service
Came on time next day as I wanted only bother is that no notification dispatched or out for delivery.

Order not delivered & no response to emails
Ordered light bulbs 10 days ago and have not heard when the bulbs will be delivered. The 800 number is not functional and the company does not respond to emails. Suppose I will have to go to my CC to reclaim the funds and order from someone else

Finally found the correct replacement bulb
Brilliant, I have been trying to get these bulbs for my extractor for 3 months other places have stopped stocking them

Find a different supplier
Placing the order online is easy, but that's about as good as it gets.
I had to constantly chase for my order because nobody would reply and when it eventually turned up the wrong items had been sent.
I couldn't be bothered to send them back because life is to short.
My advice.... look elsewhere.

Two bad experiences
Two bad experiences. First order went unfulfilled for weeks before I finally managed to speak to someone who told me it was out of stock. Second order took an age to arrive and was the wrong item when it did. Have been trying to contact the firm since 13 December but no response. Never again.

Ordered on 13th Dec, order acknowledged but I heard nothing more. Having then read other Trust Pilot reviews I left both email and voicemail messages on 21st Dec. No response but received an email on 23rd that goods had been despatched and would take 2-3 days but they arrived the next day 24th. Well packed and all working fine
Given my order did arrive I think some of the reviews that mention a scam are a bit harsh - I just sense they aren’t that well organised and customer services maybe under resourced.

Not Easy at all! Took two weeks before they dispatched my items that they assured me they had in stock! Terrible customer service who don’t respond to emails!

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, no goods arrived. Have enquired twice via their helpline, no response! ‘We will reply within 48 hours’ - nope! Looks like my kitchen will be dark for Xmas, truly awful, do not order from this company.

They are a scam
They are a scam. They show products in stock and take order but never deliver nor respond to emails. I called them and got through to a staff who were little interested and said that they would need to go “downstairs” to check with delivery. They returned only to say that they would need to call back which they never did. Shocking this company should be shutdown.
Rubbish
Placed order 26th November.
Emailed x2 to query delivery. No response. I should have read the reviews first. How is this company still allowed to be in business.
Opened a complaint with PayPal and my next step will be citizens advice.
I am not giving them my money for zero merchandise.
Update: parcel arrived today. 14 days after ordering. Maybe reporting the issue to PayPal helped.
I stand by my original review. I Won't be using or recommending them again.
