I ordered a bulb costing £14 on 6th February 2025, I have sent various emails, without any response and have still not received this item. I will also now be reporting this company as fraud to my bank as per last reviewer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I waited over 2 months for my bulbs
I waited over 2 months for my bulbs. I sent 2 emails asking for news and I received no reply. I reported it to my bank as fraud and I then got an email to say it had been dispatched!!
What a complete waste of time this has been. Customer service is free, and all it would have taken would be a return of my email to explain they’re very busy. I’m so disappointed.

The package was delivered to the wrong address
The package was delivered to the wrong address.
Be careful with your delivery address on checkout. On my order it defaulted to an address I add set for another company (I think because they use Shopify). I deleted the address on my order and set the correct address and continued to pay.
I didn't thoroughly check the confirmation emails and later found the package was delivered to the default address, even though I changed it on the order.
Company support were un-helpful. They told me to re-order.
I won't order again because I can't trust their system.

Some issues, but they are trying to improve
I ordered a Philips T9 circular fluorescent tube, listed as in-stock. Two weeks later a Navara T5 tube was delivered.
During these two weeks, my emails remained unanswered, and no updates were sent until the item dispatched.
Item sent well packaged, but is not the item purchased.
UPDATE: Following this review Callum phoned to apologise and sent the correct item for delivery next day. He advised that they are struggling to answer emails.
Easy Light Bulbs appear to have some issues, but it's reassuring they are trying to resolve these and improve.

The order was processed swiftly and I was kept informed of its progress. The lights arrived in a good state. However an order I started before this order for linear light bulbs, was for LEDVANCE 18W LED 4000K which was order No EO46136 has not arrived and apart from receiving an email to say that the order had been received and was being being processed ready to send out but that is the last I have heard about it, thus a low score given.

Very good service from this company for difficult to find items. My telephone calls have been answered quickly and attentively when I have called to follow up on my orders, with clear information offered. I would use this company again. Call them first to understand shipping timing if this is critical.

I was in no hurry for the fluorescent tubes that I ordered on 23rd February. Just as well because I sent a chasing email on 4th March followed up by a phone call on 10th March which prompted delivery two days later.
Customer service on the phone was excellent. The tubes were extremely well packed and exactly what I ordered. Had the initial response been quicker I would have given a five star review.
Very slow
Very slow, ordered 3 bulbs which their website listed as in stock (implying 3 to 5 days for delivery) and it then took 3 weeks for them to ship them from their warehouse, Royal Mail then did their bit and delivered in 2 days. No response to my emails querying the delay. I have serious doubts about the veracity of the 4 & 5 star reviews on their website.

Order never delivered. Ordered, confirmation e-mail received. No sign of goods. Two chaser e-mails to customer service and nothing. 1 star is too generous.
How are you still in business!?
I SO wish I had looked on here before ordering anything… I paid for two bulbs a month ago, chased the order up repeatedly. I had one automated email asking how my order/delivery went. A: WHERE are the bulbs!? One came. I’m still chasing the other (their despatch note detailed only 1 of 2 was sent, but no explanation). No one replies to emails. When you get the automated reply that says they’ll be in touch within 48 hours, it’s fiction. I’m really trying extra hard not to order from Amazon because of Bezos, but JFC… how hard can it be to know what stock you have, and send it out!? NEVER AGAIN.

Maybe don't bother. Long wait, then the Kosnic spiral bulbs I received were from a faulty batch and smoked on installation. No response when emailed. NVM.
Sloppy service - be prepared to wait a long time and need to chase!
Ordered two bulbs on 7/2/25 to get an outdoor light for an elderly lady with dementia’s outside light working. No despatch communication. Nothing arrived. Sent an email to query my order, no reply. Tried phoning and eventually got through on 19/2/25. Helpful lady on phone said they were swamped and she had over 13000 emails to answer. Later that day I had an order notification and despatch notification. Bulbs arrived next day.
