Appaling customer service
Appaling customer service. Claim handed over last Thursday. 6 days on and no contact. I have phoned them daily but just get the gatekeeper saying the claims dept will call me back. Woeful experience. Have gone elsewhere.

Had nothing but drama had holiday book with my children before claim informed them off holiday then had to cut my holiday short with my children and also so when was offered a settlement figure looked in paper to get like-for-like car what I had and no way would get it for what was offered so refused settlement figure they then accepted this on my behalf which was totally unacceptable then told me I had to take the car back I've been 5 days so had to cut my holiday short the payment went in on the 24th of August got back from holiday on the first even though refuse settlement figure no payment had still been put in my bank they are now leaving me me with no car are and no money and I am a full-time father so can't go shopping or Nothing because of this easy Drive company he doesn't seem to be able to organise or sort out very much at all every time I ring up which has been 15 times what's on my holiday to see where my payment is so I can get a car when back have had nothing but excuses and the person on the phone repeating himself every phone conversation is recorded and I will be taking this matter further and seeking legal advice about this matter is absolutely disgusting that they can treat people like this when it wasn't my fault and the other person accepted full liability so therefore generally accepted money under my name and then left me and my children sitting here with no and no money even for public transport I would seriously advise people to think about using this year 80 drive before they think it's a quick and easy option because quite clearly is not over 7 days for a bank transfer is not acceptable when they're taking the car back that's the whole idea of a courtesy car to not leave me without a car

Dreadful company to deal with
Dreadful company to deal with. My van was assessed from photos taken from a freelance photographer who does not work in that industry. Assessor to lazy to visit in person, made highly exaggerated assessment from photos, then rip you off on the payout by undervalue your vehicle. lost days money due to waiting for hire vehicle and despite sending evidence they are now being difficult about reimbursing me. would not recommend as having to escalate my complaint to regulatory body. Discussing concerns with the complaint department does not mean there has been solutions offered. This department solution was for me to claim through my own insurance even though the accident was not my fault 🤣🤣🤣. On a secondary note I reported 4 days loss earning post accident and was told someone from after care dept. Or solicitor would contact me. No one has shambolic service

Just a money making scheme!
The process from start to finish was awful! To begin with they rush you through all the questions they need to ask you - they then brought me a car I couldn’t drive very well so my partner drove it. Granted I never asked for another. Then I got a phone call saying they’re taking the car off me. Then the driver was going to turn up 12-3 he did to pick the car up, no replacement car was given. My partner left his wallet in the car side door- which can be seen on cameras at my work and he didn’t take it out which again can be seen on cameras. So one of the people within the company either the driver or someone else when the car arrived has taken the wallet. It’s disgusting I rang to try and get it back and told them I’ve got it on camera and they still said they didn’t have it! What sort of world do we live in! Sickens me!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They assured me once the payment was revived from the at fault parties insurance I would receive the payout immediately into my bank account. They received the money on Thursday - it’s now Monday and still no money in my account . Not only that - I have phoned them literally 26 times since Friday , everyday they promise and assure me the money will be in my account by 6.30pm . Even dealt with a manager who assured me the payment had been authorised and even made . It’s now Monday evening , still no money and guess what - the finance department is closed so it can’t be dealt with until tomorrow now.
It’s lie after lie - trying to blame me to start , then saying a payment would be made on Saturday when the finance department doesn’t ever do payment on Saturday . I’m fuming and would never ever ever recommend this company . As of Wednesday I have no hire car and can’t buy a car until this money ever turns up in my account

At the beginning thought the company responded very well after a while a doesn't talk to b and no one seems interested, My car was taking a while to repair due to engineer finalising everything,, easidrive called late Friday to say taking the hire car back that day explained at work very rude and not helpful at all

Was approached by this company after an RTA? My insurance company gave them my information regarding a hire car. This is a credit hire company who charge your insurers extortionate daily rates to hire a car who will then try to recover the costs from the third party. If they cannot recover the costs, the the total cost of hire often many thousands of pounds will be immediately payable by you! They will pursue recovery via the small claims court! They also handle your claim and the repair garage will take weeks to complete the job as every day you have the hire car is another extortionate charge to your insurers. Every one takes a cut! The bodyshop and your insurers or else why would they recommend such a scam company? I obviously did not accept this scam and was happy to use the bodyshop loan car. Please after reading this do not post a bad review as I have just warned you!! ALSO AVOID ACTION365. SAINSBURYS INSURANCE, HORIZON VEHICLE MANAGEMENT, PUKKA INSURANCE, EASIDRIVE! As all seem to support this SCAM!!

Non fault accident paid part of settlement wouldn’t pay salvage value and made excuses after excuses and blamed everyone else when they know they have to pay. With The Financial Ombudsman Service so don’t waste your time with this company!

Overall I had a terrible experience…
Overall I had a terrible experience with Easidrive. False promises were made to me at what was already an extremely stressful time in the wake of a car accident. The company very efficiently organised a hire car for me only to call me less than four hours later to tell me that they weren't going to proceed with my case after all and I would have to return the car. There was barely an apology for the huge mess that they created and no offer of compensation for totally wasting my time for several days not to mention the extra stress that was caused.

He explained in detail to me from the 'bump cards' on the windscreen to the automatic lights & don't worry if the radio is still on - it will turn off automatically! Jerry's patience & communication skills were exemplary.

ACCIDENT
I was driving down A hill and a taxi EMERGED from a junction on my left. He hit my car that hard I ended up on the other side of the road. My car was then made a total write off. Easy drive WERE excellent and everything I needed was explained fully and catered to my needs. The service and guys who came and dropped the car off and picked it up AGAIN WERE brilliant. They made me feel great about what was a bad time for me. It was a pleasure talking and dealing with easidrive. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. They were great and really really helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thanks for all your help easidrive IT was a pleasant experience and the car was the best car I have ever driven. If only I could have kept it. But all in all everything was amazing from easidrive. Thanks again.
