I buy frequently from Dutch Bros. When placing my order I always ask for a stopper on the lid. 98% of the time they don’t put it on and then I have to ask for a second time. This is one reason I don’t tip because they can’t get things right the majority of time.
New store, great start
A new location opened up down the hill from my house and they service I recieve is always upbeat and friendly and my dog has now learned what going to the building means, pup cup time!
Even if the wait is a little long, my drink taste good and everyone is friendly. I value service quality over time frames anyday.

My experience is always great Anna has a great crew, Annabelle took my order today she always makes me smile and makes me feel like a friend not just a customer, a sweet girl with long braids, sorry I don’t know her name made my drink today and it was delicious. Anna was at the window and made sure to tell me to have a great day. I love our Dutch at 2nd street in Edmond OK.

This happens at every Dutch Bros, every time. The cashier's awkward, forced attempts at making conversation. This has to be some misguided corporate directive to keep the customer "engaged" while waiting for his drink. "So what are you up to today? Oh just running errands, huh? Doing anything fun this afternoon? Any plans for the weekend?" Please stop. Can I just pay for my drink and resume listening to my podcast in peace while it's being made? Is there a polite way to say, "Please shut up. I don't care to engage in Happy Talk with you. If I try and politely front off the interrogation with disinterested, one word replies, "Chatty Cathy"-- apparently pulling her OWN string in there-- never seems to get it.

This month we all have birthdays so I have been there a few times but it makes me sad that they no longer say happy birthday and or write on it like they used to only because it was my kids birthday today. And this time going through was the 5th drink I have bought this month 2 large and 3 mediums (i am not talking about the free birthday drink it this) but I only have 42 points how many drinks do you have to buy to get to the 250 to get a free drink? I thought it would be around 10 to 15 but at 42 with 5 drinks I’m not even a quarter way through and this is why I am switching to just Bentleys they are the upbeat that Dutch used to be they make you feel special on you birthday or just for driving up. Dutch got its love from the attitude they used to have now that that is gone there is no point in paying the same price or go the extra mile for a drink from them. I already had my feeling about them saying they were upping the prices to keep their staff and as soon as they upped their price went their to wait twice as long because the only had 3 people working verses 6 and that was in Texas so they lied just so they could raise prices and what funny is I would’ve thought nothing about them raising prices if they didn’t say they were doing it so they could keep their staff then didn’t follow through.

I can't understand how it takes 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru line waiting to get my pre-ordered drink with 6 cars in front of me. Starbucks doesn't even take that long even with the same number of cars and they have complicated drinks also, and don't get me started on the 2 lines merge into 1 crap, I know you're just trying to get the most amount of cars in a small area but with the extremely slow service I'm waiting for drive thru road rage to break out! I'll stick to Starbucks i can handle the 15 minutes max wait.

As far as the staff is concerned it's a positive but my wife just had her blood work done today and we had just recently started drinking Golden eagle sugar-free coffees lo and behold my wife's blood work come back her ldls and hdls were all elevated due to this stupid ass coffee. If you're trying to lose weight I wouldn't recommend drinking their supposedly sugar-free coffees. We knew it was too good to be true and don't we look stupid LOL

Stole my money, wrong drink and rude service
Horrible!!!! put $20 on a pass and then the app refused to use it!!! What the hell. Chat box is ancient technology and no help at all. It will take weeks to resolve this. WRONG DRINK!!!! The attendants are rude and the drink was totally screwed up and tasted awful. Obviously the barrista or the attendant made or gave me the wrong drink. This crap place will never be able to compete long term with Starbucks or Mcdonalds. The people working there act like they are doing you a favor. HEY OREGON INSPIRED LIBTARDS: I am doing you a favor trying your crap place for a second time.

Shame on Dutch bros . Do not even bother to apply if your OVERWIEGT OR YOUR Appearance DOES NOT meet their STANDARDS . Meaning PRETTY OR CUTE AND YOUNG. Discriminate against overweight Orr not cute or pretty or energetic . Two mothers had their daughter’s Apply one thin pretty the other a little overweight young. Guess which one was offered the position. This is in my opinion Similar to bullying being disrespectful. Hurtful to the overweight daughter. It’s sad to say she knew she would NOT get the position . They applied to prove a point so the other girl took the job but called back and said she was turning the position down. Does ditch bros know how they make these younger people feel just because they are overweight.
Food Poisoning
I got food poisoning from the sausage breakfast sandwich and was hospitalized. Corporate was helpful at first, then a second employee named Shay (who is in another state, didn't see my medical records, and is not a medical professional) told me that I did not have food poisoning and that they would only give me a free drink. Absolutely insane and disgusting. They have stopped responding to me and I have a $2,500 hospital bill that is 100% their fault.
Strawberry Colada Ripoff…
I ordered 2 strawberry coladas or so I thought. I thought $7+ was very reasonable. At the window, I was handed one drink. Paid way too much for a lemonade with strawberry, pineapple & coconut flavoring thrown in. This way my 1st & last visit.

Maryville TN Dutch Bro is extremely slow! Good coffee, nice folks, but ensure you have an average of 25 minutes to wait. Mobile ordering does not speed it up. The past 3 mobile orders I’ve personally made were not even started until I arrived. I enjoy coffee but unfortunately they just can’t seem to get the business model right and there are too many competitors that get it right. So long Bro.

Ever since I found Dutch brothers, I find their coffee most delicious.The one thing that I was very disappointed in the girl that took my order was rude. She looked like she was half asleep. They brought me out my coffee. I ordered a medium and I opened it because it felt really like and it was half a cup I Wanted to go back but I didn't wanna be that Karen, the long lines and what doesn't help is the fact that you have rude people in line. This was on Sunday, August 24th off of Sheridan and 80th in Denver, Colorado.

What the heck happened to my drink? Ordered a strawberry colada rebel blended at the Athens, TX store. Did not look like the picture on their website/menu. Disappointing as that was 10 mins later the drink starting separating and looked like spoiled cream/out of date cream was used.

I ordered my coffee "extra hot" & the girl taking my order repeated my order. When I received my coffee, the girl carried it to my car. It did not have a sleeve & I was able to drink it immediately. It was not extra hot as ordered. I gave a $1.00 tip due to my request. I would like my $1.00 returned! I had to microwave my coffee when I returned home. Thank you... Update- when I had my wife try the coffee when she removed the lid, I noticed it was double cupped so that took the place of the sleeve.
