We had an amazing experience with our mortgage broker — truly the best of the best! He worked within our timeframes, always put our interests first, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. He was honest, clear, and direct in answering all our questions, so we always understood our situation with no hidden surprises.

What really stood out was the ongoing support throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond, especially when dealing with our solicitor (who was appointed by the builder and, frankly, was awful). Even in those difficult moments, our broker stayed on our side, helped with communication, and made sure we were looked after every step of the way.

Friendly, helpful and very efficient

Sam was great, the whole process was straightforward and she was always on hand for any questions I had. I thought using the Thirdfort system for confirming financial and personal info might have been difficult but it was very easy. All in all, a great service and would def use again!
