7 days of delay and no action taken even after raising tocket for urgent delivery. Expecting some medicines and they have delayed 7 days.
When called customer care thry just say it will be resolved today ,but no action

Booked a courier package to be delivered 23km within the city on 21/03/2026. When it was still not delivered on 26/03, I checked with them. The tracking status showed delivered on 25/03. They said that there was some problem in the locality and it would be delivered on 26/03. This was excuse #1. On 28/03, excuse #2 PIN code incorrect, address incorrect. They said it would be delivered on 28/03 or 30/03. Excuse #3- on 30/03, “we are helpless because branch office isn’t picking up the phone “. They guaranteed positive delivery by noon today 31/03. A few minutes after noon I get a call to ask about the contents of the package and that it can’t be traced. Each time in the earlier conversations they insisted the package is very much there. IRRESPONSIBLE, UNRELIABLE AND HORRIBLE. NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL!

Worst of the worst services from DTDC. I am speechless for this useless service Booked the courier for the 1st time, it was never shipped by DTDC Ramdev Enterprises, as Swapnagri, Pimpri Pune 411018. Again booked the shipment on 25th Mar'26 with an expected date of delivery as 28th Mar'26 which is not delivered until 31st Mar'26. Doing a rigorous follow up from a long time and yet not getting any resolution from DTDC and getting all nonsense answers. Booked for same pincode from same location. 1 vendor charged Rs. 360 and second charges me Rs. 600 for the same delivery address and despite that the courier hasn't reached. Who is responsible for this delay and why is there no response of the complaints raised???

Its a waste courier service can't track properly, poor customer support they dont really solve any problem , parcel stuck at hubs for days totally a awful experience 😕.

Worst service. They were not delivered my order. They return it back to the booking address. Customer care is also very casual. They were not co operative.

Very bad experience i have a parcel from calicut to bantwal near mangalore.If i took a train and collect it myself its only 5 hours from my place.Using dtdc its taking one week for delivery and the worst part is it has arrived in mangalore on the 6th day which is half an hour from my place and still its taking 2 days for delivery…

I ordered a gift for someone on 23/3/2026 and it was to be delivered by 26/3/2026 but it did not get delivered by that date. I have been calling on customer care for 3 days , they say we have highlighted the dispute but still the order is not delivered, i did not receive any mail either and the person who raise complaint on customer care is very rude and has a answer we cannot do anything in this..

I will not give 1 star if there is any option, such a worst courier service. A parcel has been book on March 23rd from cannanor to chennai and now it is in telengana.i made many tickets and no body cares such a unprofessional service

Worse service ever ever from DTDC. I ordered important exam books over 7 months ago, and they still haven’t been delivered. This isn’t just a delay — it’s sheer negligence.

For the past 3 weeks, the Kochi branch agent has been making a fool out of me. There has been no proper response, only misleading information and excuses. I repeatedly confirmed my correct pincode, yet the parcel was first delayed due to a so-called “pincode issue,” and now it has been sent to entirely different branches with completely wrong pincodes again and again. How does the same parcel end up with 2–3 different pincodes even after repeated confirmation?This shows a total lack of accountability and competence.

To make things worse, no one is answering calls or providing any updates. Your staff is the biggest problem — careless, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional.

In the end, I had no choice but to travel and collect the parcel myself because I had zero trust left in your delivery system. This level of customer service is pathetic. When you’re dealing with time-sensitive deliveries like exam materials, such irresponsibility is unacceptable.

DTDC seriously needs to fix its staff behavior and internal processes. Customers are not here to be ignored or fooled.

Very poor service. They do not understand the urgency of shipments. I booked a consignment on 17th feb 2026 from camp pune to sus pune. today on 25th march they say parcel is untraceable. i would recommend trupati courier, atleast they are responsible and honest.

I rarely post negative experiences, but this one truly stands out.

I chose DTDC for a 1-day delivery service and was charged nearly 4x the standard price for the expedited delivery.

It has now been 4 days, and the package is still not delivered.

What’s more disappointing is the customer support experience. The representative was not attentive, repeatedly muted/unmuted the call, and behaved unprofessionally (including murmuring/singing during the conversation).

At 30 years of age, I can honestly say this is one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve encountered.

If premium charges are being taken, the service should at least meet basic expectations.

Not even 1 star is worth to put for DTDC. One of the worst worst worst delivery service and courier service. They are getting more money but delivery speed is tooooooooo slow........Don't go with DTDC. Very worst.

If I could rate lower than One I would, I still have not received my parcel. The customer support is useless and rude and should all be fired. My parcel was an urgent requirement, I’m gonna file a complaint in consumer court for this. Never ever use this crappy services.

Further to my review of February 25, 2026 on DTDC India's dismal service, i and the receiver left no stone unturned to ensure the package was delivered; but to no avail. The item was valued at Rs. 5000. This was not insured but I did not expect DTDC would stoop so low.
Even if it was insured DTDC employee would have still stolen the package and would have expected insurance to pay the claim.

The few phone calls made to DTDC customer service for assistance were not assuring at all.
It seems like DTDC management are in cahoots with their employees and has coached them to follow a certain script.

From the above chat I am a 100% certain that the employees are incompetent or thieves.
Perhaps DTDC senior management is in cahoots with their employees.

DTDC is the worst and very poor courier service.

The destination of the shipment from the Booking office is around 40 to 45 Km and it took 7 days to reach even though it was charged under premium category. The operation team is not analysing the booking office/destination but blindly sent the shipment to very far way Cochin office by Road and again sent to the destination office by Road which unnecessarily travelled duplicate distance. Considering the urgency of the shipment it was booked in Premium category with higher price but it was transported through road and failed to deliver on time.
All because of poor planning and routed through wrong transit locations, transported by road instead of air.

In this regards as a company, DTDC is very worst and provided poor service.
