I have Booked courier( D1011527613) from Delhi to Nellore (524003) on 27th February 2026 by AIR Fair. While booking in Delhi they said Delivery will with in 2 Days on from the booking date. Still today is 4th it showing in vijayawada. My Question is where is integrity and credibility& Commitment ? Why would i pay premium AIR Fair charges . I have frequently received parcels from the other service providers ( Delivery, Blue dart, Trackon courier) through Road transport , they will give you on 6th day delivery from the Date of Booking. The material has not been delivered yet. Yesterday I contacted 9916981577 several times but the reply was not given. The same number not picking the call nor replying positively. This type of Agency should be terminated in favour of the customer.
I shall never use DTDC nor recommend DTDC to any one in future endeavors.
Totally irresponsible
Send something due to emergency, supposed to receive next day. Item did not arrive after 4 days despite the tracking showing delivery due the day before. When we called up that said delivery to your area is only once a week and to go to the other side of the city to collect from their branch office if needed. Our requirement for the item runs out in a couple of hours which will be the duration needed to go all the way and get the item. Customer service is pathetic and acts as if this is none of their business.
How incompetent can a group of people be
Multiple levels of incompetency. The parcel had the address written so it was clearly visible, still they sent the parcelto another city. This means nobody in the entire workflow had the sense to catch this mistake. After I called customer support I was asked to send an email with the details. I was given a support ticket and after that nothing happened. When i called customer support again and infomed them my address was on the parcel and the picture had been uploaded. But they could not access the support ticket because that is handled by another team. How stupid is that. You have a problem. Customer support asks you to send proof. You send proof and after that they say they cant really do anything as the ' customer service team ' that can handle phone and email are different departments and now allowed to access each other's info. I would be laughing except that its not funny that my parcel is delayed and my client is fuming
Complaint Regarding Misrouting and Delay of Critical Tender Document
I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the mishandling and delay of our important document shipment from Bangalore to Chennai.
The document was sent via air courier from Bangalore to Chennai on time and reached the Chennai hub (Guindy). Your International Courier Team, under the supervision of Mr. Ramesh (International Manager), was responsible for dispatching the document from Guindy to St. Thomas Mount.
However, instead of being delivered directly, the shipment was unnecessarily routed from Guindy to Kelambakkam, then back to Guindy, and finally toward St. Thomas Mount. This improper routing caused significant delay.
Furthermore, we repeatedly attempted to contact your team for more than three hours through multiple phone numbers. Unfortunately, there was no response during this critical time. When our call was finally attended, we were informed that a “small mistake” had occurred and that the document would be dispatched the same day.
Due to this delay and lack of communication, we lost a major tender opportunity, resulting in substantial business loss and reputational impact.
This level of service is highly unacceptable, especially considering the urgency and importance of the shipment. We request:
A detailed written explanation for the misrouting and delay.
Clarification on accountability for this incident.
Compensation for the loss caused due to service failure.
Assurance that corrective measures will be implemented to prevent such incidents in the future.
We expect your immediate response and appropriate action on this matter.

Worst service in India/Kerala. They are bad bad service and no credibility for anything. I lost two packages in one month. I called the customer service on a daily basis and communicated with chat boat too. No solutions ever. Ticket is created, but absolutely no action from their side. So if you care about your money, don't use DTDC

Never ever send a courier through DTDC. They have zero accountability. I had sent a package on 01.11.2025 and was not delivered. On raising complaint, the response was pathetic, unaccountable and dismissive. The courier agent was rude and asked to complaint if I wanted. On raising complaint at consumer portal on 12.11.25, they closed it after 3 months on 20.02.26 stating that they couldnt trace the package with no other resolution. JUST STAY AWAY FROM DTDC

This has been one of the worst courier service experiences I have ever faced. I was assured that my parcel would be delivered within 3 days, but even after 26 days, it was not delivered. The parcel contained emergency medicine, and because of their negligence and false commitments, it could not reach the destination on time.
I visited the branch multiple times, and every time the staff gave false promises like “2 more days” or “3 more days,” but nothing was done. There was absolutely no communication, no updates, and no sense of responsibility.
What is even more shocking is the extremely rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff. When I asked about my parcel, they threw it towards me and told me to take it and leave. I was also spoken to in an intimidating and threatening manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
They wasted my time, caused serious inconvenience, and showed zero accountability. If you are planning to send anything important through this branch, be prepared to face delays, negligence, and disrespect.
I strongly warn everyone to avoid this DTDC branch. Completely unreliable and irresponsible service.

After repeated follow-ups and no proper response from your customer support, I was forced to personally trace and contact the delivery agent to receive my parcel. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from a courier company.
Upon finally receiving the parcel, I was shocked to see that the outer box was completely damaged. Though the watch inside was fortunately safe, the packaging condition was extremely poor and clearly mishandled.
Because of your team’s negligence:
• The parcel was not delivered on the promised date.
• Customer support had no proper tracking information.
• I had to roam around and track the delivery person myself.
• The parcel arrived in damaged condition.
This reflects a serious lack of responsibility and service standards.
This experience has been highly disappointing and stressful.Never courier anything in DTDC

Very worst experience from dtdc parcel service. My product not yet delivered. Very worst customer service they are not solving issues. Only they are crrating tokens and no response. Its better to collect our parcel by hand from our client. Dont trust this worst delivery platform ever. And they themself captioned them as Indias most trusted express delivery partner. In what blindly they are think i dont know. If they cant provide proper service just shutter your company dtdc.
