My little girl is only 5 months and has been suffering with skin problems for over 8 weeks now , as usual doctors just keep giving steroids which really is terrible ! Drought street products have been my saving grace while going through topical steroid withdrawal (tsw). The zinc balm is magical it's a miracle paste. The brand as w whole really cares about it's customers and understand first hand how suffering this skin condition can be, I recommend them everywhere I can.

I have been suffering with flare ups of eczema round my eyes, the doctors gave me steroids which would temporarily help but I hated using them and wanted a natural solution. I was recommended this brand and so so glad I was! My eyes were so painful, dry, hot and itchy. I bought the calming butter and zinc magic and layered both on and in less than 24 hours the improvement was amazing! Within 5 days my skin was looking almost normal and I now am just using the calming butter morning and evening to keep it at bay in the cold weather. You only need a small amount so it lasts such a long time too! Would recommend this to anyone, it truly has been amazing!

I could not recommend these products enough! My 7 month old has suffered from eczema from being 3 months old, we started using these products at 5 months old and honestly the change in her skin in just a week was amazing, better than any products the doctors could give! Absolutely amazing!

Came across this brand in June 2024 and never looked back. Me and my two daughters have eczema and the calming balm, rescue butter and zinc are so good! Patience and results speak for themselves honestly. So grateful as I grew up using steroid creams and didn’t want to resort to that for the girls. These products are amazing and I will not be able to go without them!

I wanted to wait a while before i wrote a review because babies skin are so sensitive. I started using drought secret calming butter about a month or so ago and after patch testing for a week i finally used it on her skin. I use it on my baby atleast 4 times a day and honestly i feel it has made a huge difference to her eczema skin. It is the only product that truly suited her skin plus its completely organic which is hard to find.

Zinc cream is so good. Anytime she has red spots i apply zinc and red bumps disappear.

Rescue butter is for crisis only, so if she has dry patch i use it few times a day for few days and its crazy how much of a difference it makes.

5 stars to customer service team too. I ran out of calm butter and they posted it out and i received it the next day.

I hope they grow more because babies need brand who care about them.

I have been using the rescue butter and zinc magic since September on my child and I have definitely seen an improvement in his skin. Before starting these creams, his skin was infected, sore and there were days where the cracked skin behind his knees meant he could barely walk. We had tried many creams before this so I was sceptical but these are the only creams we will be sticking with. 🤍

I have tsw in my arms . This has help my skin with weeping but I think now the oregano it’s a bit to strong now that I use it once a week or just a bit because a bit goes a long way . I want to try the calm cream to see if that a better fit for me but overall the product is very good for eczema

My baby has eczema on her face and nothing would work and I didn’t want to put steroids on it. I ordered the rescue butter and it worked a charm! Completely gone and you wouldn’t even know it was even there! It’s come up on her face again and I’m continuing to use the butter on the new eczema and it’s definitely helping. Zinc magic balm i recommend it to everyone as it actually works! I seen results within 48hrs, redness/inflamation gone down and pretty much cleared! The balms i use on my kids daily as maintenance to keep their skin nourished and hydrated. It defo soothes the skin and keeps it healthy.

Their products have been so good i was first a bit anxious but then it worked for me and my 1 year old it really helped calm both our skin the itching does reduce . The zinc cream has been very helpful in healing the itching of my eczema on my arms. And my facial spots!!!

Absolutely amazing product. Has really calmed my daughter’s skin down and is the only cream that seems to work (and we have tried a lot). We’ve used the calming butter, rescue butter and zinc cream. Mixing the zinc and calming butter works amazing as well. Just hope they bring out bigger pots. Can’t live without these creams.

I purchased the calming butter for my little boy and after using this cream before bed his skin appeared much more calm and less red and angry as he can get really dry and itchy skin but this helped calm his skin.
