As a mother completely exhausted on the eczema journey with my 4 year old son, I discovered Drought Secret back last year.
I originally ordered the Zinc cream and used it to calm the redness but demand was so high on this new company it was impossible to try the other products.
Fast forward another year and endless flares and creams bought and prescribed, I finally stopped the steroid on my boy and wanted something more natural to help with the eczema and TSW
I finally bought the Rescue Butter and thought id give it ago after seeing so many success stories.
I received the cream on 20.11.25 and started using it they night. It took a while to see results and it was hard not to give in and go back to steroid but, after 4 weeks, the horrible, thick discoid eczema is clearing ! I honestly can't believe it ❤️
I'm not sure it will heal him, but I know it will now help manage his eczema.

I really don't know where my skin would be without Drought Secret! Going through TSW, it's hard to trust creams again...but their products have brought my skin so much comfort.

Calming Butter is my daily go-to, with Rescue Balm and Zinc saving my skin when it's going through a rough patch!

Magic Zinc Cream has been an absolute game-changer for our family. It’s been incredibly helpful in healing sore, inflamed eczema skin, especially during flare-ups. The zinc concentration is quite high, which makes it really effective — we could see a noticeable improvement within just three days of first using it.

Because of the zinc strength, it can be a little drying on its own, so I usually mix it with a bit of the calming BAM (or another gentle balm) to balance that out, and it works perfectly. Since discovering this combination, Magic Zinc has become a complete staple in our cupboard.

We always keep it on hand for the kids’ eczema, and it’s something I reach for without hesitation. I’ve been ordering from this brand for just over a year now and honestly love their products. The zinc cream in particular is a standout — reliable, effective, and something I wouldn’t want to be without. Highly recommend. Been using since around oct 2024 to dec 2025. Also been adding in probiotics and Acemannan to diet to help combat the internal inflammation which leads to eczema flare ups but this is a good topical product.

We were recommended the products for to help our baby’s eczema by a friend and they have massively helped his healing in his eczema journey.
We use the rescue balm and zinc cream and both have helped management of flare ups.
We will definitely be purchasing the 200ml when available as the products are now a staple in his skincare.

After struggling with eczema on and off for most of my adult life. It came back quite angry about a year ago, all over my face.
I went through so many products which didn’t work for me, and then eventually found drought secret. Since then I have never used any other product on my face and my eczema has never been clearer. Even through the winter when my skin is extra prone to dryness, their products have kept my skin barrier strong enough that this is the first winter where my skin has not flared up badly.

A fantastic product that lots of our family rely on

The rescue balm has worked a treat in calming my son’s skin which was angry and red. Definitely a must buy for dry irritated eczema prone skin.

Drought Secret's Zinc Magic is truly magic in a tub. It heals wounds nicely and helps with skin barrier for my son well. Rescue and calming butter were good too, although it takes longer for my child to see smoothness compared to the other reviews but I believe each person is different. All in all, it helps with my child's eczema healing and it's something we will definitely won't go without. If only they could provide international shipping to Singapore directly so it'll be much faster and easier! Hope that opens up someday. Otherwise, thank you DS!

The best for skin/eczema care. I use all their products, the calming butter cleared up my eczema and the drops of thirst hair oil is insane - way better than all the big brands.

Drought secret has saved my son’s skin , I use the rescue balm and the magic cream mixed together. Cleared up within 2 weeks! After doctors kept giving me steroid cream that really damaged my son skin! Drought secret is magic!!
