Drone safe are first class however DPD…
Drone safe are first class however DPD leave a lot to be desired. They tried to deliver to a different village to where we live. Drone Safe were more than helpful with trying to sort out the mess that DPD made. I have tried to reflect the good things that drone safe have done on that basis I have upgraded my experience from 3 stars to 4.

Very efficient
My order placed just before lunchtime arrived the next day even though DPD couriers initially delivered it to the wrong address. One call to the Drone safe office and it was sorted straight away, picked up and redelivered to the correct address. Very efficient service.

Fantastic shop & Knowledgable Staff
An Absolutely fantastic shop, very helpful and knowledgable staff, who don't just try and sell you the most expensive item, they listen to what you require and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each item. I bought some filters for my DJI mini 3 for a bargain price in the black Friday sale and they are fantastic! Couldn't ask for a better Service.

Having been a Drone Safe Store customer in the past, I was sure to return for the purchase of a new drone. An 'Open Box' Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo attracted my attention as there was a saving to be had on the purchase. I placed my order and two days later, my new drone arrived here in Northern Ireland. On opening the package, I found a new completely sealed drone box and at a saving on the price. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to purchase a new drone / equipment.
