Great company to purchase my first drone. Ordered the DJI mini 5 pro mega bundle for good price on black Friday deals. Next day delivery from ordering. Everything was in the pack, bar something, but one quick email all sorted it. Any issues you have they have a live chat which they get back to you quick and promptly.

Went into the store, even though they had a huge delivery and some building work going on, they still had all the time I needed to choose an appropriate drone. Including a demo and a little try out (not forgetting a lovely cup of coffee!)
Price was competitive as well. Excellent experience.

Fantastic, competitive pricing you getting good value for your money, very quick dispatch, well packed in a sturdy box. Thank you very much. My only complaint is to do with delivery company this is why im still giving 5 staras because its not retailer foult. My drone arrived early with is brilliant however i wasn't made aware off that, luck would have i was at home at the time. Tracking your parcel system is not working if couriers are not updating it. As a business i would get on to delivery company/s you are have agreement with and ask them to try to do better as potentially this could cause lost or stolen parcels witch it would cost you as a business, and it would be a shame to see as your service is brilliant.
