Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor and unhelpful, and there were several issues with the delivery. What was particularly frustrating is that the additional costs resulting from these delivery errors were simply passed on to the customer instead of being handled by the company.

I would have expected much better communication, accountability, and a customer-oriented solution. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Low quality fake sunglasses. Very obvious. Nauseating smell, unable to wear. Asked for refund and was ignored. Avoid!
