I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Gleamley, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
The estimated shipping time was 5–8 business days, but weeks have passed and my package has still not arrived. The tracking information never updated, and USPS continues to show that it is waiting to receive the package.
After waiting far beyond the promised delivery time, I had to file a chargeback with my bank because there was no evidence that my order was actually moving.
The company later told me they would send a replacement order and asked me to cancel the chargeback. However, they still have not shipped the replacement or contacted me with a new tracking number, despite saying they would prioritize it.
Customer support has been polite, but the lack of transparency, the long delays, and the failure to provide the promised replacement shipment have made this a very frustrating experience. At this point, I cannot recommend buying from this website.
