Quality is terrible dont not order. They blocked me when i told them this.

Item is so high quality. It’s completely worth buying and I would definitely buy again. One thing I don’t like tho is the delivery time. My order took more than 3 weeks

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the communication on your behalf as my parcel has been delayed and also my tracking hasn’t been updated for a while and I’m still not sure I’m going to receive the product that I ordered

It’s been like 20 days and my order hasn’t arrived even doe I paid for the fastest shipping method.

They barely reply and when I had bought 3 shoes they never sent a shipping update it was stuck on processing for over 2 months

Never received my order, don’t trust this site.

Anyone that can help me get a contact number for them? Despite constant emails to the support address, still nothing and have been waiting since Feb! Will not use this company again and do not recommend using them unless you want to risk loosing money.

After ordering 9 items from the company DRIP BIBLE, I thought I would've been treated much better than what I was. 6 items arrived but 3 were lost. Royal Mail somehow made the mistake of sending the items back to sender (DRIP BIBLE) and once I contacted them they simply stated they couldn't do anything about it. I was then told a month later DRP BIBLE were again in possession of my missing my items and were going to resend them. With that said, I no longer worried as I thought my parcel would arrive. WRONG. These £400 worth of items were ordered almost 6 months ago and Im still yet to receive a refund and an apology from DRIP BIBLE. This isn't the only negative experience that I have had though. In the midst of awaiting my missing parcel, I stupidly made a new order worth £909. DRIP BIBLE were facing difficulty with their website on the night that I made my order, and somehow I was incorrectly charged twice for it. Not to worry, I thought. I contacted them asking for a refund for one of my transactions and was told I would get it back within 3-5 days. It's been 2 months. The company now ignores my Emails, DMs, comments, complaints and calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY NOR YOUR BREATHE. The communication from DRIP BIBLE is nothing but pathetic. The process on waiting for delivery is disgusting. Even when you pay for express. They don't take any accountability for their mistakes and offer no sorrow. I am highly disappointed and more than angry.

Hi there guys I’m very disappointed to this company and person I’ve bought a lot from them before but this time I got scammed I got a jacket that looked nothing like the actual jacket and I asked for a refund which they said they will give but told me it would be 5 working days I waited for that and they kept telling me the same and now it’s been over a month and I still haven’t got my refund I’ve also sent the old item to them however they say they haven’t received anything I’ve had enough and I’m going to contact my bank or the police so they can investigate to this situation 🙏🙏

I made a mistake and placed two of the same orders and was meant to get one refunded and it still hasn’t been refunded and now the company is not responding I did receive most of the clothes still missing two parts that they promises would be shipped in a few days and it still hasn’t

i like their products as they are always amazing quality, but delivery time is an issue, takes very long.
