I received my parcel and it was not similar to the real thing at all, i’ve been trying to return it for about a week now and i’m being ignored by the company

I ordered from Drip Bible and was very disappointed with both the quality of the items and the customer service. When the order arrived, the products were not as expected, so I requested a refund within the 30-day return window.
Despite their website clearly advertising "hassle-free 30 day return policy" and "30 day money back guarantee if you're not satisfied".
They have refused to give me the return instructions and claimed refunds are only available if items are damaged or faulty. This completely contradicts their published policy.
I have now had to escalate the matter to my bank for a chargeback, as Drip Bible would not honour their own guarantee. Very disappointing experience-I would not recommend ordering from them.

Took a long time to come, when they came they was the worst fakes I've ever seen. Invoice stated UK size 10 they came as a UK6 then was advised I couldn't ask for refund due to not having an account and ordering from a guest account.

Scammers. Fraud.

Item was excellent.
Communication and tracking was bad.
Took longer than expected for delivery.
Hope they can get this sorted out as i said item and quality was excellent

Wasn't 1-1 like they said it would be, Box came bashed up, and the shoes overall don't look like b30s, got ripped off.

The shoes is very small and the quality is not that good and the worst of it that I waited for months to get the shoes and it’s not even my size the quality is trash very very disappointed

Not happy at all, I ordered a pair of trainers size 8 UK, adult and got sent a size 5 kids.
I have tried meany times, by email, asking to send me a prepaid return label so I can return the trainers but Drip Bible insists that I pay the return cost, £26:00, the corrrct size and yet they made the mistake.
If this is not sorted by the end of this month then I will go thtough my bank and get my money back.

I received a bad chinese copy of a pair of Louis Vuitton trainers. It did not correspond to my order. I paid 99,90 £ for that. And

Don’t order from this shop Purposely charged me twice and when wanted refund they ignored me and continued to send ON TOP Of sending me the sizes wrong and telling me they can’t take it back have all the proof on my screenshots and email they scam u or u don’t receive it

Don't ever buy from this company very shit quality shoes and took about an month to deliver never ever trust this company
