Dr. Ellie is amazing. Every time I see her she puts me completely at ease, and I know I’m in safe hands. I’ve had different treatments with Ellie over the years, most recently Juläine. I never feel under any pressure and I know she’ll only ever recommend what’s right for me. I know her aim is always to help you look like the best version of yourself and fabulous while keeping everything so natural. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face ❤️

I’ve been seeing Dr Ellie for almost 5 years now and I have to admit I am a coward that bruises easily! Every time I say please be gentle, and she is 💕 my face always looks like me, but a better version. What you get with Dr Ellie is honesty and skill (no bull s#**) 🫣 and I am ALWAYS happy, well I wasn’t once because I did bruise! Now, reading the other reviews, this is going to be contentious. My experience was VERY different from most of the people who have written here on TP and provided 5* reviews (which is strange in itself as I usually find reviews are a great indication & 'Red' magazine had endorsed her). Perhaps it's because I chose to visit her at her Kent house and not at her London clinic (which I would imagine has a more professional setting), or maybe I caught her on an 'off' day...but it was just a very strange initial consultation / treatment and I have to say, that had I not paid £200 for the consultation, I would not have proceeded with any treatment.

The 'consultation' consisted of a 5-minute discussion where she mostly discussed all the things she could do and what she could sell me. I felt no real care of duty or any interest whatsoever in who I was or what I wanted: it felt like she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible if I am honest. She took much more interest in my friend & discussing the menopause and their issues with their HRT patches.

I've not given her a 1* because I don't think she is necessarily bad at what she does, but I felt rushed & uncomfortable, and I would not recommend her. Overall, it was just a very strange experience that I will not be repeating (my friend agreed).

So, it's back to Marlow and Stephanie at the Springwell Clinic for me. The 5 hours' round trip is worth it!
