We had a warranty issue with our DreamSofa and I must say they have the best customer service staff that I have dealt with in a very long time. Karla handled our issue quickly and professionally. We couldn't be happier with their product and service.

My wife and I are preparing our next order and can't wait to receive new chairs to go along with our DreamSofa.

I received my sofa yesterday and am very pleased. The process worked well, delivery was a breeze and the sofa looks great. It is also extremely comfortable. I selected the medium firmness. It is quite firm but easy to nap on!

If I could give 0 stars I would this whole experience has been a nightmare and much like the other bad review on here, I am given NOTHING but excuses. I don't even have my couches yet to which I was promised they would be ready by mid NOVEMBER. The pattern is empty promise, failed, apologise, don't fix it, give excuses, and then empty promises again. I would be told swatches would be overnighted to me. I sent images and color samples and stated I wanted swatches of colors similar that are AVAILABLE, to which I would be told "omgosh we have the perfect color I see exactly what you are looking for, and we have it we will overnight these swatches to you." 10 days later no swatches. 5 days later the most bazaar colors farthest thing from what you ask for, and then repeat. EXCUSES and frustration. This whole experience has been miserable and annoying!! RUN and DO NOT ORDER FROM Dream Sofa if customer service, integrity, and prompt service is what you desire.

Gorgeous! Truly in awe with my new Bordeaux sofa. It exceeded all expectations. The design, color, overall quality and craftsmanship are unbelievable. I checked multiple stores and sites and none offered an alternative to this. And the whole idea that you can design and customize your sofa is really cool. Ryan and Kiara were very helpful and walked me through each step as well as made great suggestions. Thank you so much!

We absolutely LOVE our Bordeaux sofa, chair and ottoman!! It added the touch of class and elegance to our living room. The craftsmanship is bar none and the fabric we chose, Noble Otter, is durable and comfortable. Customers service was fantastic throughout the process and we intend to purchase a bed from DreamSofa in the next few months. And to top it all off - made in the USA!! Highly recommend this company!

There aren’t enough good things to say about this furniture and the online experience. After two separate orders of free fabric swatches and multiple emails with my own furniture consultant, I ordered a custom sofa with chaise with the most stunning green velvet fabric. We’ve had the sofa for a week and it is now the most popular spot in the whole house! It is equally loved by my husband, my beagle, and my teenage son. The amount of customization is staggering allowing you to create the perfect piece for your home. Communication during the production process was clear and timely. Delivery was seamless. I cannot recommend DreamSofa any more highly.

I've ordered 2 sofas from here in the last year. They are sturdy and well made, and fit beautifully into my home. Ryan was amazing with helping me pick the size and design that would work best, and Karla was incredibly helpful when we ran into shipping issues. The fault was NOT with DreamSofa, but with the individual shippers themselves, and everyone at DreamSofa went above and beyond to see the situation resolved. We are already planning our next order!

I had a few problems with my sofa but the team at Dream Sofa worked with me to resolve the issues. They reviewed everything and were very thorough in understanding the issues. After some discussion and a few different options we settled on an option that was very agreeable with me as the customer. I can tell they wanted me to be happy with my purchase and I am. The couch really is beautiful and it fits our decor perfectly.

Can't say enough about my new sofa. It is absolutely gorgeous and high quality workmanship. DreamSofa was great to work with, kept me informed of the progress, and most of all the sofa came a month earlier than anticipated. Delivery was a breeze. I am certainly spreading the work on this company to my family and friends!

After several attempts via email to get in contact and help with our sectional making a squeaking noise Karla C finally responded. She asked us to send a video of the issue/noise happening so we did. The first email back was sorry its not covered as we determined it is a third party/your fault it was mishandled or abused by you.

Second email stated the same thing as above and I left a review here. Within 20 min of leaving a review Karla C. Gave me a call explaining that somehow it was escalated to her production team within 20 min of leaving my review and determined that it NOW was something they were going to take care of. They even asked me to remove my review. I obliged and figured they were going to take care of the issue and I have an agreed upon email clarifying they were going to make it right.

I emailed 3 days after they said they were going to fix it and was told to give them until the end of the week to get back to me. Well the end of the week came and left without an answer until I reached to confirm that they were still working on a resolve to get someone to come and take a look at my sectional. I finally received an email stating that Kies upholstery was going to come and take a look with what was wrong with my sectional.

I got the phone call from the owner of Kies Upholstery who was pleasant and wanting to make sure the sectional was fixed properly. He came over today 9/14/21 and said that our sectional arm does have something lose that is making the squeaking noise. He then went on to say ( Karla C from Dreamsofa informed him to tell us that the noise it is making is normal and does not need repairs) Asking another company to lie for your product is shameful. The owner of the upholstery place was shocked and offended that they encouraged him to tell us this. Thank goodness the man from Kies upholstery has honesty and integrity because DreamSofa.com clearly has none. I have asked for a call from a manger but have not gotten one yet. For paying almost $4,000 for a sectional and ottoman one would think they would want to help customers with issues they have. My warning to ALL is avoid buying from dreamsofa.com and I give you my word that this review is 100% truthful!

We love the sofas... perfect lovely more beautiful than what we expected... don’t worry about the wait the sofas will come and it will be worth it... I will always buy sofas through dream sofa because the customization was worth it and the seats are great! Ryan was amazing

I cannot say enough about our experience with Dream Sofa. Working with Ryan was a pleasure because of his expertise and patience! He was very responsive to our questions and the result was beautiful. This is a great company! Skilled, caring, trustworthy and professional!

I cant say whether the sofa is nice or not because as of today it still has not been delivered. We ordered back in December and its the end of April. I get responses back when I email but they just keep saying its due to"covid delays". I was told 8-10 week, its going on 20. supposedly the delivery company has it and still has yet to contact us to set up a delivery. Super disappointed.

UPDATE: Karla was great and helpful and personally contacted the shipping company to finally get us our sofa.
She continued to follow up and check in to make sure things were finally progressing. We did wait much longer than we were told but the company continued to try to help, which we appreciated. The couch is beautiful and great quality. Thank you , especially Karla.

I truly loved buying my sectional from this company. I was scared at first because it is a big commitment money-wise. It's the most expensive thing in my house. That said, every part was made to order, and when I checked prices on those options, other companies were waaaay more expensive. This came in much lower, price-wise to those companies. Once I spoke to Ryan and Kiara, who helped iron out my dream sectional, I knew to leave it in their hands. In a very fast time, I got the sectional of my dreams. It's huge but doesn't take up too much space energy-wise, it fits everyone, it's super cozy - but in a chic way, and not in that "swallows" you way, and it's beautiful! I am so in love with it. I was so hesitant to order a sofa online but DreamSofa make is so easy. I choose my sofa style, requested fabric samples, which came quickly, and customized the sofa to suit my needs. I love the sofa so much! The quality is outstanding. The product is beautiful. Their customer service is something I have not experienced in ages.

In fact, I love the sofa so much, I asked them to design a custom ottoman with storage to match the sofa. It really does not get better than this. I honestly would recommend DreamSofa to everyone!

I was on the search for a new sofa for close to 2 years....since I needed a large size, (96") my choices were few and far between....reading reviews from those manufactures/sellers left a lot to be desired....When I found Dream Sofa, all my concerns vanished...I am so glad that every aspect of my purchase and delivery with Dream Sofa was an amazing experience.

If you can't find the exact sofa, you have to check out this Dream Sofa Company! I was worried about buying something so major that you can't see in person. But Ryan helped me build the sofa that's really Awesome! Ryan helped with everything! Helps they have a wonderful website where you can see some extra special sofas!! I ordered swatches and tested them with snagging with 4 little kittens.
I measured to fit my space and the Sofa fits perfectly. Highly recommend! Thanks Dream Sofa!! Wish I could post some pictures!! OMG!

We had an excellent experience with DreamSofa. We have a unique space where traditional products did not work (spent months searching online/retail for different options). With DreamSofa we were able to customize the size to fit our needs. The quality is excellent. The customer service was first rate, keeping us up every step of the process. We would definitely buy another sofa from DreamSofa in the future.

What I have to say, you just gotta trust me on this! DreamSofa is the place to go! I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve walked in and out of Crate & Barrel, or Potterybarn, or even Ikea with absolutely no luck in what I was looking for. Many styles were close, or I saw something on one sofa, that I liked, yet didn’t like the legs on it. It was as if I wanted to merge all of these little details into one and I couldn’t do that there! 

That’s where I did some heavy research, and after reading the reviews and studying their website, DreamSofa was it, almost too good to be true! 

I immediately called them up, to get a better idea of what I could design! I was scheduled with Monica, one of their designers to learn more about what I was getting myself into! After explaining what I was looking for, Monica was so great at letting me know that every aspect of the sofa, from the construction of the piece, to the fabrics, to the comfort of cushions, was something I personally got to customize! It was amazing to know I could find details in so many different styles they had and put it together in one. I fell in love with the Milan Sofa, but didn’t like the legs it came with. I was told I’d be able to customize and choose the legs from their Brussels style sofa to fit the Milan no problem! It was unreal, and such a great time designing my sofa! At the end the real winner was The Athens style! You can see how lovely they are, they really complete the room! I love my sofa and two matching chairs. A true cloud like seat :)

I am huge on visuals, and making sure each room in my home is easy to the eye and aesthetically pleasing! I wanted to go in more of a modern direction and didn’t really know where to start. I randomly found DreamSofa, and the moment I saw the Gosford Sofa, I immediately imagined what my life would be like if I had this in my home. And I can definitely let you know that, my hunt was over!
One of their Designers Ryan, was such a treat! I had no idea what direction I was going, in  terms of fabric. I love that DreamSofa has plenty of fabrics to choose from, though it was hard to determine just what it would look like, just seeing it online. Ryan was amazing in being able to overnight us some fabric samples to help move along the process! As soon as the swatches came in, I called Ryan right away with my decision. I cannot express how thankful and painless this whole process was. It is definitely an investment piece, yet Ryan informed me that they would always be here to help, even ways down the road in keeping my sofa crisp and clean for a lifetime!
I definitely recommend going with the White Glove Delivery service, because it being such a beautiful piece of furniture, it was great to know I could trust everything would be handled with care!
