I received my new sofas and they are absolutely beautiful. They are well built and so comfortable. Marissa was fantastic in helping me with my selection and very reassuring as I was somewhat afraid about ordering without actually seeing what I was getting. When I woke up in a sweat after placing my order she quickly made my changes without any questions. I would highly recommend this company. So many options-it makes getting the sofa you are dreaming of a breeze!

First of all the sofa DreamSofa made for me is RIDICULOUSLY beautiful! When it arrived, I was blown away: incredible craftsmanship, design, scale(!!!) (it's definitely the showpiece in my house), and the fabric is amazing. Working with the team was incredibly rewarding, they really care about their product (as the end result shows), but they also care to satisfy the customer, listen to what you want, and then deliver 110%. I can't thank them enough, and if you're looking for a new sofa, trust DreamSofa to create one for you, I'm so happy I did.

It has been roughly a year since my GORGEOUS Windsor sofa was delivered (on 15 Nov 21), and I still LOVE it, as do those who sit on it. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the color and fabric are lush, and many thanks to Kiara for facilitating a rather smooth process from ordering to delivery! I am now in the process of ordering five-inch high legs (what a delight to learn that DreamSofa can custom-make ones for long-legged folk!), and expect nothing less than another excellent experience from DreamSofa! Dream Sofas customer service is excellent! We recently purchased our second sofa from them and had an issue with one of the seat cushions. Two days after calling customer service we received 3 new seat cushions that are perfect. We were amazed at how quickly they responded and will definitely continue to do business with them.

Dream Sofa is an excellent company to do business with. From their interactive website to their phone sales team and their post delivery support department, they assist you with every step of the the ordering process and give excellent support even after delivery. My sofa is the centerpiece of the lounge in my business and my customers love it. Very well built and covered in beautiful fabric.

I bought my beautiful custom-designed Oslo Sectional in the beautiful Cobalt Blue velvet and I'm in awe of the glorious showstopper. Marissa, Ryan, and Kiara were amazing to work with, and I had so much fun playing with their gorgeous fabric swatches. The sectional sofa itself is holding up beautifully, and I am in love with its rich color and plush softness of velvet. I was, at first, nervous because buying online is always kind of nerve-racking but I'm delighted with the final result. All in all a home run of a sectional, the whole family is in love with.

I had an issue with the fabric on my sofa pilling after a year of regular use and a pattern of sitting on the same locations. I reached out to Dream Sofa and Karla C. was able to provide a quick response and solution based on the images and explanation of the problem. Dream Sofa sent me a battery operated fabric shaver and after 15 minutes of use I was able to bring back the expected and loved feel of the sofa fabric.

I don't write many reviews but DreamSofa was a one of a kind experiences I felt was necessary to share.

After spending around 7 months exploring for a new sectional for our new home, I settled on a piece at Restoration Hardware. It wasn't my dream sectional, but the best choice at the time. Before pulling the trigger I did a quick search and encountered Dream Sofa and they popped up as the highest rated online. I decided to order some swatches to explore at home and with the fantastic reviews I was excited to see what they had to offer. God am I glad I did because I was able to get my dream sectional made exactly my way - I ordered the London sofa and chairs in a white lush velvet with a bench cushion.

Marissa helped design and customize my beautiful Dream sofa and chairs. She walked me through the various steps and how each aspect is customized to enhance and refine each piece from color/fabric, length and comfort level. She walked me through 3 of Dreamsofas gorgeous Velvet collections from Royale, to Dream D in an array of colors. There were over 15 different fabrics choices in my fabric collection we went over and I settled on the off-snow white with a soft eggshell tinge and it sure is Divine.

Production time frame was around 3 weeks after which I received the tracking number and my beautiful custom sofa was delivered in 10 days. I am over the moon thrilled with my decision. I have shipped furniture for multiple homes and this was the most delightfully seamless and lovely design experience I've ever had, and I designed my living room around my beautiful couch. ;)

Anywho, I highly recommend Dream Sofa to anyone looking for stunning high quality furniture. Custom-built and designed in Los Angeles, you will not regret it, promise!

We'd bought a sectional a couple of years ago and returned to Dreamsofa to buy a sofa. We couldn't have been more in love with our piece. We picked the Bordeaux and the piece is simply STUNNING. It's better than Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn etc; all at a fraction of the cost, and fully customized. We picked their White Glove service which was so convenient as each piece was delivered exactly where we needed it. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

DreamSofa is truly the right name for this company. We just received our custom sectional sofa...delivered on time for two upcoming weddings. That, in itself, was a labor of love from the company! We couldn't be happier with our purchase. The fabric choices were extensive, and samples were received promptly. The design team was very helpful in explaining the design and construction options that would meet our unique needs. The finished product is beautiful! It fits perfectly into our space, and is very comfortable. Especially working only online and across country, (after looking locally first) this was a fantastic experience!

So comfortable especially the mattress is just perfect. This sleeper sofa was bit expensive but worthy to buy it. Highly recommend.

We are THRILLED with our custom-made sofa from Dream Sofa! We wanted a particular style, color, and size (along with high quality) to replace our old sofa, but weren’t finding it anywhere. Then we found DreamSofa.com’s website – they have hundreds of custom design combinations and choices available!
We requested and received multiple swatches. Everyone on the design team was friendly and helpful, and they spent ample time answering our questions and working with us to ensure perfection. The sofa was made exactly to our specifications - we added inches to both the standard height and depth, as we have some very tall people in our family. The finished product is gorgeous, and exceeded our highest expectations – better-looking than anything we have seen at retailers’ stores. It is obviously very, very well made, and we have been recommending DreamSofa to everyone ever since we received it. Our sincere thanks to the team at DreamSofa!

We're very happy with our well-built Manchester sofa. We did have one issue, the sofa is supposed to have a curved silhouette but ours is straight. I didn't have a design consultation as I wasn't doing any true customization but it turns out, the curved silhouette is a customization that needs to be specified during the design process. It was too late for us to make any changes because it was already delivered but our sofa still looks and feels great. Karla and team were very helpful and courteous in looking into the matter. We were a bit unsure about buying a sofa without trying it in person but happy with the purchase and process!

The quality and options are great. Their customer service and responsiveness is atrocious. They make commitments on timing and updates that never occur -I’ve been primarily dealing with Ryan and Karla. Ryan in particular is the one that makes promises that he then walks those back.

I bought a very customized sectional back in early august that I paid more than 7k for. Do not cheap. Ryan was the designer and he was very friendly and helpful during the sales process

It got delivered late October. I realized that I wanted one of the sections to be longer so talked to Ryan about purchasing a replacement section that ended costing me another 3.5k This was completely my issue not theirs. They wanted me to send back the existing section so they could make sure they fit. We agreed to wait to early January to ship it back so I could have a couch for the holiday but that they would start making the replacement sectional right away so that we would minimize the time I would have to be without a couch. I was told that they had the material and fabric in stock and that there would not be any delays on account of supply chain issues. The sofa ended up not getting shipped back until the first week of February as it took a whole for them to get back to me. Ryan told me that the replacement section was as far along in production they could without having that existing section. I was quoted a 5 week turnaround time and told they would put a rush on it. We’re now 8 weeks in and there is no ETA. instead I’m getting the supply chain excuses from Ryan even though I was Initially told that they had all they needed. 2 weeks ago he said I would hear back with an ETA at the end of last week. That did not happen. Was able to get hold of Karla on Monday. She was not able to give me an update instead she was going to ask someone else to get back to me, which they have not.

So I short pricy to custom, good quality but lousy communications and follow through.

I reluctantly ordered a custom sofa from Dream Sofa in January 2022. I was wary about the company, quality, and time in which I would receive it. I read all reviews and decided to take a chance. My sofa arrived today (2/15/22), and I can’t say enough about how beautiful it is, the quality of the workmanship, and how it complements my room. I have already told several people about Dream Sofa, and absolutely would not hesitate to order again. The updates I received from them during the process were greatly appreciated and they were on schedule as promised. Wonderful experience and highly recommend this company!

I ordered two sofas and I absolutely love them! I was seeking a smaller size and it was nearly impossible to find until I discovered Dreamsofa. They are comfortable and stylish and fit my space perfectly. The real star here was Karla, my CS rep. I did have an issue with my cushions and she went above and beyond to rectify my situation...twice! She was professional, very quick to respond, followed up promptly and worked with her team to make sure I was 100% happy. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't had my issue - Karla is 5 stars!
