Darren came along and dealt with my problems went above and beyond! Made sure the job he completed satisfied himself and myself! Used all his tools to the full and let me see CCTV of my drains! We need more people like Darren

All.my toilets were backed up and I was a bit upset 😡
Peter arrived and reassured me . He had the blockage sorted in a very short time . Explained everything. Showed me what he had found in the pipes. Flushed them out . Really clean and tidy. Amazing service

Very good , got the job done as a block of flats & needed help asap , got it cleared & kept intouch letting us know his arrival.

Brilliant -kept me upto date on when they would arrive and when he came straight to it - diagnosed what he thought best to do and gave me a price - was happy with the price and he got straight to it and fixed the problem -great service

Drain & Sewage Treatment Plant Survey.
I called “Drain Doctor” 2 days ago, spoke to a lovley, efficient & knowledgeable lady who booked me in for a quote on Friday morning between 9 & 10am. Friday 9.30am a crew of 2 arrived, Jack & Liam, in a very well presented & equipped van. They had a quick chat to explain the process then proceeded to put together a quote . The quote was good value for money, I agreed for them to do the job. They started immediately, jetted all our drains, CCTV Surveyed the whole system including the Sewage Tank, explaining my drainage system as they progressed, They took photos of the whole system & will produce a map & detailed report of my drains. The whole process took 3hrs.
Jack & Liam could not have been more professional in their work, they were clean, efficient & willing to answer any questions. The cost was 50% cheaper that other companies, they turned up on time quoted & completed the job on the same day, no messing or waiting….. what a great team 😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank You

Peter was highly professional from the start to the finish of the job. He was polite and courteous and explained everything in detail. He took us through the video footage and explained clearly the issues that were causing the blockages. He worked on his own throughout and showed pride in doing the job well. He left our property neat and tidy, putting the grounds back to an acceptable standard. Highly recommend DrainDoctor North West.

Drains that were not draining quickly and filling up during heavy rain were cleared and the team left the property with the debris tided away and all neat around the drains. Very happy with the work and swift response.

We were let down by another local company and Drain Doctor responded quickly and came at the promised time. Our drain situation was complicated and our Drain Doctor Technician kept at it with patience until the problem was resolved. We appreciate your professionalism and time and talent. We will call you again if we ever need drain help! Thank you!!!!

Great service and very helpful in advising on the drains that we're blocked.

Great service. Very professional, knowledgeable and approachable.

Emergency cover over a weekend was as prompt as we could ever have expected. Operative successfully cleared the problem and showed us the source of the blockage. Invoice arrived efficiently by email. Delighted with both the help and the guidance

Technician was great but once I paid I then had to deal with the office to get my invoice and recommendations.
honestly wish I didn't use them from that point onwards. Technician was top class though

Excellent service. Called around 9am - technician was here by 10ish. Fixed within 45 mins. Polite and professional. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Great service and found the problem quickly. I had a quote sent the following day for further work which needs doing. Friendly guy who came to the house and explained everything really well.

The technician got the job done remarkably fast and left the workspace clean. The only negative was decidedly high cost, hence the 4 stars rather than 5. Regardless, I’m mostly satisfied with the overall job experience.

Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and advised what our next steps should be. Real asset to have a company like this out and about sorting issues with blockages.

Peter explained in detail how the repairs were to be undertaken. He worked hard all morning in the baking sun and tidied up at the end of the job. He was very pleasant and helpful.

very efficient service, very informative, really easy to contact. Great service and great company

Brilliant fast and reliable service.

Rang up on Friday and they were there the following morning. Job was completed quickly and to a high standard and they also spotted an issue and suggested a repair that will save me a lot of money.

Out to us within a couple of hours. Explained everything thoroughly and was transparent on pricing. Great work and absolutely would recommend to anyone.
