I dont rate them as they say no call out charge and they tell you what they think the problem is and then hit you with an investigation fee of 225pds, wasnt told this on the phone which they should have mentioned it and I could have said no there and then. Quoted me for the.job 858pds which I paid for, then get invoice for 1,038pds which I disputed as the contractor who I rang about this invoice said no that's the price and they took it from my bank which I have put a dispute as I didnt authorise that payment. Now the contractor has said that he told me that vat had to be added which is lies and I'm fuming. Never will I trust this firm again and it's still ongoing customers be careful especially with the 225 investigation fee which took him 5min with his camera scandalous

Absolutely amazing service I had a drain blockage they came out super quicker assessed the problem gave me a quote which was reasonable Tom who came was lovely very honest with what he found and then escalated to untied utilities for me who attended the next day to resolve to problem couldn't fault the service at all would recommend

Very easy to book, the guys that came were very efficient, explained everything and the options we had. Was sorted in under an hour.

Called at 3pm on site at 5pm drain inspected and patch repair carried out. All done by 7.30pm.....on a Friday evening! Great job carried out with professionalism. Thank you very much.

Professional engineer, on time, described everything well and did the work required.

There was a little mess left to clean up afterwards and the price quoted and paid was much higher than I was expecting for the work involved.

Jackie was brilliant in her communications with me - she understood the situation and assigned Jack! Jack could not have done enough for us! He sorted the problem with the toilet and drains and all is well! Perfect gentleman, very dignified in what he did- cleaned up where he didn’t need to and went the extra mile ! dropped a message Thursday evening, got a call friday to get booked in and Saturday they were there, unfortunately i wasnt so I rebooked for the following day. Got here quoted me the amount let me know up front what the issue could be and then got right to work, finished promptly, cleaned up and was on his way, no changes to the price quoted which is an issue ive had with other companies.

Jack our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He arrived on time and worked hard to complete the repairs needed on our sewer/drain pipes. Would recommend for any drain or sewer problems.
