Drain Doctor - North West Bewertungen

Another great experience with the drain doctor, found our leak on a underground water main, saved us thousands of pounds digging up the car park.

Brilliant efficient service. Mark went above and beyond to clear the drain.
Can't be more pleased and satisfied.

Not the outcome and after service we had hoped for unfortunately. After a promising start with good communication, advice, site visits and the acceptance of a quote to go ahead with our drainage works, we were extremely disappointed with the way our driveway and patio paving have been left. We were promised that after the digging down and drain replacement was done, our driveway and patio would be properly reinstated. This has not been the case at all. I think we could have laid the tarmac better ourselves! Drain Doctor should not promise something they cannot deliver on and then include in their invoicing! A frustration and stress we could do without and a daily eyesore we see at the front of our house. I do want to say that Jamie was helpful throughout but the company needs to learn from this. Wouldn’t want anyone else’s drive and patio to be left like ours! A gesture of good will does not nearly cover the works needed.

Brian the drain engineer was careful, measured and process driven. It was a pleasure to work with him to arrive at a successful drain assessment with 3 covered my chambers found. A good days work

Excellent engineer, very knowledgeable, helpful and polite

The response time from call to attendance and completion of the works was outstanding. We have used Drain Doctor a few times previously and highly recommend them.

He was great to deal with put my mum at ease, and was super clean at his work.

Excellent Service from the moment contacting Drain Doctor (Kendal). The call was handled with professionalism and dealt with swiftly. The on-site service was brilliant. All dealt with efficiently and without drama. First rate service. Would highly recommend.

Top bloke

Great job, fixed the problem, But the cost was very experience for what he had to do !!

Liam arrived on time and sorted out the problem very quickly.
Would not hesitate to recommend Drain Doctor

My experience with Drain Doctor was second to none. After making the appointment, Tom and his team contacted me when they were on their way.
Explained the problem regarding flooding and we were advised of several options to remedy this, allowing me a choice to suit.
The team were very helpful, hard working and conscientious in their work.
A down pipe was removed and replaced in a position which allowed the water to be released directly into a newly built drain. An aco drain was also installed.
Flagging had to be pulled up to allow this job but were replaced following installation and looks great
An honest company, cannot fault. Would highly recommend

Excellent service. Really nice friendly guy.

Friendly engineer took care of the issue in a timely factor

Responsive, reassuring, helpful, clear. Advice given was easy to understand and thoroughly explained. Each step of the process meant we were included in decisions and these conversations were respectful and humorous - very helpful skill! The problem was stressful for us and the Drain Doctor technician removed all of that stress. Thank you
