Really polite & professional and easy to book, came the next day to sort the problem and it was all fixed ! Would definitely go to them again.

The service given by Keeon was excellent. Never nice having a blocked drain but he sorted it out brilliantly and quickly and made sure we were always kept up to date on timings for the appointments. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor looking for an excellent service.

The engineer came out on a Sunday afternoon to sort an urgent issue at the bar I own, not only was the service friendly and informative but the engineer went above and beyond to fix and educate me on what needs to be done in the near future, I woukd highly recommend this company.

When first contacted they advised me the time of attendance & promptly turned up. They did a good job in clearing the blockage in no time. Also cleared up afterwords. Will definitely use them again if I have another problem.

WE booked a drain survery on the advice of our architect and professional contract advisor as problems with drainage in our new build. First engineer arrived and had a quick looks - informed us it would cost £130+ VAT for a survey. Team of two, Kyle and colleage arrived and the price changed to £260 (inc VAT). We queried this and Kyle phoned office and said it had to be that price. We went ahead as we urgently needed a survey complete with report and photos. Kyle said he would do report and send us photos and videos. I chased this numerous times and had excuses such as issues with images on phone etc. It took from 11 April to 29 April just to get some lines in an email as to what the problem with the drains were. This was despite telling the engineers exactly why we needed the report and repeating this numerous times on the phone. Strongly advice not to use.

Kyle and his colleague fixed several plumbing issues in the house. They were helpful and knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with the work. They kept the area clean and tidy too. Would recommend.

DD sent a young man within 2 hours of my contacting them. He was extremely thorough and prepared to spend as long as necessary to do the job.

Amazing service! I called at 4pm to report a tap that wouldn't turn off and someone was here by 4:20pm to have a look at it. New tap ordered and booked in to be fixed the next day.

The team turned up at the agreed time, assessed the job and carried it out efficiently.

Colin arrived early, he was very assertive and dealt with the problem straight away. He explained each step he was taking, nothing was too much trouble for him. Answering any questions we may of had, he was very chatty, chirpy and very polite. It was a pleasure to meet such a top guy.

Kyle was great. They arrived within 30 mins of calling in to book. Clear explanations of what they were checking, how to clear the problem and the cost. Reasonable price and around what I expected. Would certainly use again.
