The engineer Kyle took his time to explain what was needed. He carried out the work efficiently and tidied up afterwards.
The price I was quoted was also very reasonable.

Kyle Holden from drain doctors visited us a couple of weeks ago and after a review of a leak we had in our shower he managed to find and sort the problem. I can't speak highly enough for Kyle's professional and friendly approach. Would recommend.

We had Colin back out today after a sneaky blockage near the exit line resurfaced since last time.

Booking was painless: I spent all of one minute on the phone, the office immediately pulled up our file and said, “Expect Colin today.”

True to form, he phoned when he was 30 minutes away, arrived bang on time, and greeted me with his usual smile.

Here’s the part that blew me away: I’d geared myself up for an awkward “surely this should be covered under the last visit” conversation. Before I could even open my mouth, Colin called head office from outside, explained the situation, and got the job marked as £FREE.99. Zero fuss, total transparency.

Work done, drain flowing, no charge. That kind of honesty is rare in any trade. Colin has now gobsmacked me twice: first with his open communication and transparency, now with his integrity. Top lad. Highly recommend!

Turned a stressful and worrying situation into a complete resolution, through clear, calm, professional and very knowledgeable feedback throughout the whole process.

Do not use. We were effectively robbed by this company. Absolutely extortionate charges. No more then a couple of hours work and they charged £900!!! Stay clear please.

Both times Colin came out to help us, the experience was genuinely great. Obviously, no one wants to call a plumber—but when stuff hits the fan, Colin handles it with total professionalism, fair quotes, and a calm, friendly approach.

After he completed the works (which a previous company didn't do properly), he cleaned and disinfected our patio area. Before leaving, Kyle asked again if we have any more questions or concerns. Drain Doctor turned up same day (No Call out Charge) where others were too busy. Gave us a quote to do the survey there and then, returned to site next day and did the work no issues. Colin is very professional and prompt. Payment made easy by colin having a card machine in his van. Highly recommend.

Such a swift response to a website query. They were offering to come out on the Sunday but we could wait as wasn't urgent. Kyle came for initial visit and was so thorough and explained everything fully. Talk through what would be needed and work was done a few days later. I worked elsewhere as I WFH and Kyle stayed in contact via phone and pictures to explain what was being done. The office guys were always really friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

resolved the blockage and cleaned all drains to the mains and checked all ok with a camera
