I signed up for the Build plan for a month and then decided the cancel. I found the design work to be amateur-level. For some pages, the images they created looked like clip art was used. I also asked for logos and they were not great. I also found myself pointing out errors and having to ask multiple times to have them fixed. If you give them all the directions, they can make an ok site. But if you are looking for designers to make something professional with little guidance, I would not recommend it. If you need a starter website and do not have a lot of money, then Draftss would do. You get what you pay for.

Draftss has done a great job making a complex project on a short timeline feel manageable. Their team does a great job implementing changes and staying flexible. They work hard to solve problems and find solutions that fit client needs.

I'm really happy working with the Dratfss team, whenever I need them they are there, fast respond, good quality, and very patient. if the situation needs they do meetings with you to make sure all understandable.

I am incredibly pleased with the designs created by the team at Draftss. The pricing was incredibly fair and the turnaround on designs was very speedy. When certain weeks were slower than others I would address it and the team would more than make up for it. On landing pages or designs that were a little more complicated or nuanced than others I would have to dig a bit deeper on the level of instructions i'd give and the team would nail them every-time so long as I provided clear guidance.

When issues between handoff of assets to third party developers derived the team quickly jumped on a call to solve our needs and was more than amicable.

Our project manager (Ady) was wonderful, incredibly on top of it, and exceeded our expectations.

I hired Draftss to work with me on a bunch of graphic design projects over two months and I'm incredibly pleased that I did. I was handling most graphic design tasks myself which I knew was not the best use of my time. Draftss handled all sorts of tasks from graphic design, illustrations and video editing and generally did a great job. I'm now running some video ads on Meta which draftss made and they're working very well. I'd highly recommend working with draftss if you're looking for a highly capable creative agency.

I recently tried out Draftss, an unlimited graphic design subscription service, for a web and mobile app project. I have to say, their designers really impressed me with their skills. The draft designs they provided for the UI, logos and banners were sleek, modern and eye-catching. They clearly understood the aesthetic I was going for.

The project manager I was assigned to initially was a bit slow to respond at times. I wouldn't get updates for a couple days, which caused some delays. However, when I brought this up with Draftss, they were quick to assign me a new project manager. She was much more responsive and stayed in close communication with me throughout the remainder of the project. I appreciated that they took my feedback seriously and made the switch quickly.

Overall, I'm thrilled with the high quality designs Draftss delivered. Their designers are exceptionally talented. While the communication could use some improvement, they resolved the issue promptly when it was brought to their attention. I'd recommend giving Draftss a try if you need top-notch graphic design work done. I'll definitely be using their services again for future projects. The skills of their team more than make up for the minor hiccups I experienced.

I wasn't sure if Draftss was going to be a good service as they were sitting at a lower price point than the competitors and some of the illustrations they displayed on their website seemed a little strange.

After working with them for a month I now know that they are the real deal. Got a stream of high-quality results for my requests, from icons to illustrations to full blown UX designs.
