Often is the case with insurance companies mediating between you the client and us the supplier things take a little longer than we wish they would. Please be assured we tried everything we possibly could to process this claim for you but unfortunately it just wasn't possible. We hope this has now been resolved and you have replaced the bangle.

Your Mosman store people are so beautiful I went into the store to have my watch battery put in they also polished my watch it has never been so shiny so many people looked after me when I was there. When I Left I said to my daughter imagine if I Was going in there to buy my wedding ring how much wonderful service I would receive and how many people would look after me.
