Started ok last year but now I want to contact them they just ignore me, mobile number always to voicemail, leave a message but no one bothers to call back, phone the office and am told they will call back, again no one bothers, tried email and guess what.. no response. I thought they were supposed to be working for me, obviously not

I contacted Douglas Steers some 2 1/2 years ago to consolidate 3 modest pension pots into one, and Jordan has been very helpful in doing this, and overall the one new policy is showing good growth, after fees. I have had an annual review meetings with Jordan and these have been helpful. He is clear in his explanations, including what I am getting for the monthly charges DS make!, and I have a sense of trust in his judgement. Though not a financial person myself, I keep an eye on the figures, and feel this is a mutually beneficial relationship. I am grateful for the personal touch, and gladly I chose a local company.
