Order a cookie bundle for a friends birthday, ordered 2 weeks in advanced with a specific delivery date. On the date hadn’t received any info on it being dispatched so chased it up only to be told - they were just packing it. Completly unacceptable, slightly apologetic offering me 20% off but their incompetence ruined what would have been a lovely gift. I will not be using again.

I placed an order and picked a delivery slot of the 8th for a thank you gift. We are now the 9th and the order hasn't been despatched as I have spoken to customer service and have canceled said order. We will see if they honour that and refund in full. 15mins to find a gift as leaving it's embarrassing and stress. Incredibly poor

Easy to order with fabulous choices to choose from. My Daughter absolutely loved this suprise through the post, said that they were just devine and amazing. Arrived the day i chose and the packaging is excellent. Thankyou Doughgirl.x

Utterly delicious! I ordered a sample box of six biscuits, which are so large that I would call them mini pies or similar. They are extremely moreish and at the risk of sounding greedy, I will admit that I live alone and they were all gone by the end of the day!

I dread to think how many calories I consumed. Due to this, it would be lovely if they supplied a (non) subscription service whereby they sent you one biscuit every 4-8 weeks, chosen in advance. That is the only improvement that I would suggest.

So I've ordered from here before because the cookies were delish. I don't know whether it is because their packaging has slightly changed or what but I didn't rate them this time around. I'd purchased as a pick me up and felt they were such a let down. Was literally giving them away! Going to order from somewhere else next time. They weren't full of the usual flavour, some of the flavours were actually quite stodgy and one thing as well that bugs me about this company compared to other cookie makers, there is no oat and raisin cookies. Sometimes the fruit option is a must!

I ordered a wide selection of cookies and slices for my son's 25th birthday, as WE ALL LOVE SWEET TREATS. And these were all fabulous, the flavours were tasty and it didn't feel like you were eating mass produced cake. These felt decadent and luxurious and im heading back to order more

I placed a pre-order on 26 September and selected a preferred delivery date of 2 October. The order was dispatched on 1 October via Royal Mail Tracked 24, but wasn't delivered until after 7pm on 6 October.

While delays can happen, what disappointed me most was the customer service. My emails received generic, template-style responses that didn't address the concerns I raised about the missed delivery date, the lack of tracking updates, or the impact that a significant delay could have on a freshly baked product. The replies felt impersonal and didn't even address me by name.

DoughGirl repeatedly stated that the product wasn't perishable and offered a 20% refund and discount code, but never properly acknowledged that the order was several days late or explained what would happen if the product arrived in poor condition.

When the cookie pie finally arrived, it didn't taste particularly fresh and certainly wasn't worth the wait. I can't say for certain whether the delay affected the quality, but the overall experience left me so dissatisfied that I don't feel inclined to pursue the matter further or order again.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend DoughGirl.

They tasted De, came across her website online and they looked Amazinggg in the pictures, I was after a specific cookie, and came across hers... They are very nice, they unfortunately didn't arrive in the state of the pictures but thats down to the delivery company.. Half of them don't give a crap what's been delivered, they just deliver them.... Sad nobody has any pasaze in the their Jobs. ... Apart from this lady...Luv your work....Thats why I brought more.... Thanks Again 💯 😊

What I ordered was amazing 😍 the flavours were delicious and there was so many to choose from. I had heard about dough girl from someone I know and was highly recommended. And I too, will be recommending it to others too: I will be definitely ordering again 100%

Great service! Deliervey came a day late but I didnt mind the wait as it was well worth it! Me and my partner both had 3 brownie slabs for £9 and the price was very reasonable. The brownies were amazing! Next we will be ordering the cookie pies! Liturally want to taste every flavour :)
