The three cookie dough slices that I tried were so nice. I had M&M, Rolo and triple chocolate. I warmed each one for 20 seconds and ate it with a dollop of ice cream. 😋 I have placed another order for some more and can definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

My order was delayed and was still being picked on the day it was meant to have been delivered, which was disappointing in itself, but what made the situation considerably worse was the way the issue was handled when I contacted them. I had hoped for some understanding, empathy and a genuine attempt to resolve the problem, but instead I was left feeling that there was very little care or willingness to take responsibility for the situation.

What should have been a straightforward issue to resolve became increasingly frustrating. When something goes wrong with an order, I believe good customer service is about acknowledging the problem, showing some understanding and doing what you can to put things right. Sadly, I did not feel that was the case here.

I’m leaving this review because I think potential customers should be aware that orders may not arrive when expected and, if there is a problem, you may not receive the level of customer care or understanding you would reasonably expect.

It’s incredibly disappointing that something as simple as showing a little understanding and taking responsibility seems to have been too much to ask.

Terrible site and even worse customer service. I tried to apply my 25% discount code, and it showed as accepted. However, as soon as I pressed ‘Pay’, the discount was removed and I was charged the full amount.

I’ve now tried to cancel the order, but there is no option to do so. I’ve emailed them requesting a refund for the difference and will have to wait and see if they actually respond.

Really disappointing experience and definitely not what you’d expect from a company’s website and customer service.

Had the m'n'm cookie pie and was disappointed in all honesty. Yet ive had a cookie pie before and it was lovely. This tasted a bit too rich and the chocolate seemed very cheap! I also was meant to receive them on the Tuesday and they didn't arrive until the Thursday which was disappointing

Beautiful. Looked beautiful, tasted beautiful and was well packaged for protection. I will definitely be trying more

I was very looking forward to trying the cookie pies for my first time but unfortunately they all tasted the same except the monster green one and the white chocolate kinder.
I found the chocolate filling you use on the others completely takes over and I was unable to taste anything else. I was also disappointed to find bought digestive biscuits in the banoffee pie one as i thought you baked all your own stuff.
The cookie pies in general were all cooked to perfection just unfortunately the chocolate filling was far to over powering for us.

Oh wow , ordered the wonky box and received 4x cookie pie slices , not only a great price but they were delicious 😋 and I didn’t miss the very small pieces that were missing .

Excellently packaged and speedy delivery. Products just not to my taste.
