This company puts profits before people.
We have had a subscription for 2 years and our renewal comes up this month. They seem to only allow for Annual subscriptions.
Unfortunately I had multiple family tragedies this past year with two bereavements and an Advanced Cancer Diagnosis. This disrupted my work considerably as I put family before profits and business.
I asked for an extension of our agreement for 2-3 moons whilst we consider whether DOT DIGITAL was still the right platform for us. If it wasn't for the family tragedies this work would have been done much earlier..
This simple request was refused.
No Flexibility.
No understanding.
They do not care.
Either we sign up for another year or they terminate and delete our data.
SHOCKING.
Do these people have families? Children. Parents, Brothers, Sisters?
If they do I hope to go they do not experience the year I have but if they do, I sincerely hope they deal with companies which show compassion towards them, unlike the company they work for.
I am very bitter about the experience and lack of social responsibility.
Their platform is OKAY but limited in many ways compared to their competitors due to the limited integrations available. If you use Shopify you should look elsewhere...
AND they insist on annual agreements to lock you in. Their competitors do not.
All I asked was for some more time to consider before we agreed to SIGN for another year!

They said.
Their biggest competitor, who they seem to trash according to the emails they sent to me, do not insist on annual agreements.
Please take care of yourself and look at a company which cares about people and its customers. And if they do a bad job, at least do not insist you stay with them for a full year.

I’ve been a customer of dotdigital for over 10 years and their levels of support and service have massively deteriorated.
I used to be a valued client; now I feel like a number…
No account management contact in the last 18 months AT ALL and when I emailed and wrote to the CEO to share my experience he didn’t even have the courtesy to reply.
I run a small business and if one of my long term customers contacted me I would at the very least acknowledge their comments.

I used 4 or 5 marketing solutions for emails, automations and chat, Dotdigital is the best. It is simply to use but incredibly full featured, everything just works. Any issues I have are solved promptly with a great chat team that isn't a farm out service to somewhere else. Plus my monthly one on one meeting is continually helpful in pushing my success further. Great product

Our company has used Dotdigital’s marketing platform for some time now, it has a comprehensive set of features and easy to use interface. The integrations that I have used are straight forward to set up and our Account Manager has been extremely helpful in providing guidance and suggesting improvements.
