Our account manager was really helpful, insightful about our needs and the options open to us and efficient in ensuring delivery.

We've been customers of Dotdigital going on 7 years. The integration has been mostly flawless, and the technological offering to communicate with prospects and customers is fantastic.

We've been through 4 or 5 account managers, which is to be expected over that period of time.

Customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. It can take a bit of pushing when it comes to more complicated issues that arise to get the right folks to help you, but ultimately, every problem has been resolved.

Our account manager Sean was very helpful, he provided good advice and picked up the phone to discuss some of the more complex issues.

We signed up about a year ago with Dotdigital, Its such a great platform and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Alyssa Brown, our customer Success Manager. She is always thinking about helping us perform better with the platform, explaining the new features and roll outs. She has been a great help even when we need technical assistance of new installations by directing is to the correct teams. Overall its been a great experience

We feel that Chris is an extension of our team and value all he does for us.
