Great email service provider
We've used DotDigital for over 3 years now. Platform is very easy to use and flexible. We've had great success with an ERFM automation program that we briefed to the client services team, fine tuned and they then built for us. Support is very swift and had minimal issues overall.

Reliable and helpful products and excellent service
We have worked with Dot Digital for a number of years now and we find the service to be reliable and easy to use. We don’t use all of their products, but the ones we do use are useful and seem to help us generate enquiries into the business. On the occasions where we have spoken to the team, they are friendly and helpful, and we would recommend Dot Digital to anyone in the market for a digital marketing platform.

Dot Digital has been an effective platform for email marketing that has various features to be implemented which ease our strategies.
Chris Ash has been an exceptional CSM to us as well as very knowledgeable when it comes to resolving issues in Dot Digital. His support was great in assisting and guiding throughout our projects.

Highly recommend DotDigital!
My team are very happy with DotDigital. The user-friendly interface means managing campaigns is really straightforward, and the automation and analytics tools make it easy to run effective, targeted campaigns.

After having going through general auditing at my company, it’s been an absolute freeze when needing answers and support from Dotdigital.

Easy integrations
The vast array of integrations & API documentation make using the system for remarketing very simple once setup. The product widgets work well, and reporting is fairly straightforward. Having Fresh Relevance come on board is another bonus as well; as the simpler dashboard design has made it's way across both platforms now for a more seamless UX. Would recommend their service for any size business.

Exactly what you need
For the volume of emails we send to our database on a monthly basis, DotDigital is reasonably priced. The software is extremely user friendly whether that's navigating round the system, managing lists, creating visual reports, or building campaigns. The personal customer support is also excellent - we have had a good experience with our Account Manager Pandora.
