Ordered a taxi for 6.30 pm wasn't told they were busy. After a few calls to the rank.the taxi finally turned up nearly a hour later.poor service.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. On top of the overpriced service they clearly are just out for money. They were willing to withhold my belongings and were going to charge me more(can you imagine) until I wrote them an email straightening out their nonsense because technically they owed me more and of course I never got refunded. It’s partially my fault I should’ve just searched for reviews. On top of all this they rummaged through my stuff while it was in their warehouse supposedly to repackage so they could charge me more or something and then now I find out my damn tv is broken. I decided to read through their policies of insurance coverage. It says on their website that they cover your boxes up to 100 pounds for free (highly doubt you’ll get anything when they cause you inconvenience but ok) they then go on to remind you that if you store anything besides clothes with them and it gets stolen or broken they won’t do anything about it I won’t even bother I just hope these people get shut down. They have made my experience with them traumatising. Learn a lesson and read through a company’s policy to get a feel of what they’re really about as well as the reviews.
Was trouble from start to finish. It started on the day they were supposed to collect my boxes to which they gave me no specific time but rather be ready at 9am. So I sat there with an empty room on the floor the whole day until 5pm to which I call to which I was told they had gone to the incorrect address and had not gone to my actual address! So I then had to travel 2 hours home only to come back again next week for another pickup. To where again, I waited all day as no specific time was given.
And then when I received my boxes again, well I say boxes as they were definitely not a box anymore as it looked as if they had been ran over repeatedly by lorries and dropped from space, I counted that I was missing a box. When I received my final box (which was also mushed) the next day after calling , my monitor, which was wrapped in bubble wrap, a thick duvet and clothes, was heavily damaged on one corner and no longer functioning (BROKEN).
Very hard and dry we can’t eat it and not fresh at all
Never failed to turn up . Good prices. Lovely polite taxi men , taxis spotless and I love the satnav showing their whereabouts on when they’re coming to pick you up. Receptionist always polite and jolly and as a regular customer I shall recommend your services to others
Emails get ignored or take an age to reply, collection dates missed. They do not work well with the Universities. In the end it seems I paid for 3 boxes (only 2 were packed!), that were retained in the college halls throughout and then we had to collect ourselves.
Awful experience from start to finish - and not finished yet !!
Boxes not delivered for packing - had to run out and get own boxes. Then 3 out of 6 boxes not delivered on delivery date. One arrived 2 weeks late totally smashed and the other 2 still haven't arrived. DO NOT USE. !!!!!!!
door2door storage - terrible. the boxes didn't turn up on the date agreed - subsequent waste of money on travel to unpack and move in. No one returned our calls and had to chase via e-mail. customer service very poor.

Then they request me to put those boxes into a collection for them to pick them up- Did not happen as well. Then they start to blame me for the wrong address when I emailed them the right one. Late reply and terrible communication.
We used Door to Door twice for moving across the country and they were great both times. The storage units were delivered on time and our stuff was transported safely on both occasions, without any problems.
I had three storage units with Door to Door over the last eight years. Their communications have been great, price increases few and minimal and overall, a wonderful company to do business with. I was always able to access my things easily, appointment process no problem and appreciated the care with which they treated my possessions. If I needed to store things in the future, I would definitely use them.

Fabulous customer service from beginning to end. Very responsive to calls and emails-total professionals.
Everything was perfect and the company accommodated our schedule. They were on time; the items we stored (9 pods) for over six months were in great shape (nothing broken, nothing moldy or otherwise showing wear and tear). Would recommend highly!
Very nice people, prompt and efficient. I had written down the price wrong so was surprised by the monthly rental price. They were patient and helpful as I figured this out. Will definitely use this company again!
For my move the smaller pods were good because we were moving to a Mobile Home Park and space is limited. The size of the pods made it easier to place them in my limited space. The driver who delivered and picked up the pods was very helpful. It was a good experience.
