Paola was wonderful from start to finish!

Ammar was a great person to speak to very friendly and very helpful.

I found a property I was interested in and sent an email on a Sunday, not expecting to hear back until the Monday at the earliest, but Paola very kindly came back to me really quickly with everything I needed to know and with additional useful information that hadn't even occurred to me to ask. Fast and professional service. Thank you. Very impressed.

Goals was very polite and helpful

Paola was proactive and helpful. My initial call was disconnected before I had a chance to leave my number and Paola took the initiative to call me back right away on the number I had used. She then dealt with my enquiry efficiently and speedily.

Apart from putting my property on Rightmove they did nothing else. Don't expect any follow-up help.
My wife phoned to make a complaint to an adviser who then wrote a positive review on Trustpilot mentioning my wife's name. It seems all the excellent one line reviews are written by Doorsteps themselves.
